I loved this book. The first book I've ever read by Tijan had me instantly hooked, and I have read it that many times, I feel as though I'm apart of the lives of these characters and apart of Fallen Crest. This book is a young adult story with angst, drama and abit of taboo. Samantha has just had life tipped upside down no thanks to her mother. Moving in with the infamous Kade brothers and trying to keep it anonymous? Catching your boyfriend in the act cheating of you, and having all your friends shun you? How is a 17 year old girl meant to handle all that alone?
Samantha is stronger than anyone gives her credit for. In this story, while her life may be chaotic with constant drama, she is able to over come it all and come out on top for the better. Yes, Mason Kade may well be about to become her step brother, but after seeing her loyalty, he fights his attraction towards her and these two embark on a somewhat taboo romance.
As I said, I loved this story and I'm sure if you read it, you'll too be a Fallen Crest and Tijan fan.

I fell in Love with this book from page one and couldn’t put it down, it started right where the previous book Mason left off only this is in Sam’s POV.
Sam has had her life turned upside down and it has left her feeling alone, so she runs to numb her emotions so she doesn’t have to feel anything going on around her. Sam is such a strong and fierce character, and loyal to those she cares about which is no one until she gets close with Mason and Logan and she becomes Family.
Mason and Logan Kade are Sam’s new stepbrothers and at first they couldn’t care less about her, but all that change when they realise she is nothing like her Mother. Mason and Logan bring Sam into the fold and begin to protect her from her mum, her dad, her friends but still let her fight her own battles and defend herself.
Sam and Mason are looking to be a strong couple and I am looking forward to book 2 Fallen Crest Family to see how it develops.
This book was such a emotional read full of angst, drama, action and passion.

It is so well written it brought back similar memories of bullying from my teenage years. Not that there was any cute bad ads guys to help me. See I'm doing therapy through this book. Ao ler as resenhas aqui da Amazon, tive receio de comprar esse livro. Mas, no fim das contas, pensei que vindo da Tijan não tinha como ser ruim. E ela fez de novo! Não sei como ela consegue, mas sua narrativa prende a gente dentro da história e de repente nos vemos sofrendo e lutando as mesmas batalhas do que os personagens. Os irmãos Kade me surpreenderam e me conquistaram. A Sam é uma personagem tão forte que tive orgulho de cada batalha que ela travou. Leiam esse livro, sério!
