Product arrived on time.
This is the first time I buy/set up cameras; I consider it was easy to set up after I watched a video from a private user that explained how to set it up, conect it to wifi, work with adjustments and review it (I think that if you follow it's own instructions it would not be as easy).
Cameras work great (you have to play some to adjust your preferable settings, sensibility, motion detection, area of coverage, etc.). They are clear; a bit sensitive to light (not sure if it's with all cameras, I know that it happens in phone cameras; say a room/house is dark,when a door opens and light comes in you might loose visibility for a second until it adjusts and you might loose an important image, but, like I said, not sure if it's something normal in all cameras). I also have my sensitivity in low because the default mode is on medium setting, any insect will activate it. The lens won't give you a wide range of an area, there are others with a wider lens if you need more coverage, but with those you won't have the capability of 360° (where you can follow the object it triggers to where it moves; even a fly...)
About storage, I have only one set up with a SD Card, didn't sing up for the cloud offered. Both Cameras will record movements, the cloud and/or your own SD card will be used to save the data, but not automatically, you have to decide where, which is good. It means that when it's activated by a motion it will store that moment, you can view it and decide if and how much of it you want to store, which is good.
So overall for the price of a single camera I consider to be a good buy, good quality, performs well (up to this moment, which is one day) and the features it promotes are all true and good. I which they were battery powered but I undertand that the feature to be able to move arround requires a lot of power.
I do recomend it.

Zmodo Pivot vs EZVIZ Mini 360 Plus
First, I am comparing this camera to zmodo cameras I already own. Specifically a zmodo pivot against this model. I also went with this brand/model for the integration with alexa.Finding the EZVIZ app for me was not as expected. A search of the app store only found the Chinese version of the app so searched for other apps available in english from EZVIZ and landed on H&L Cam. This allowed me to at least setup an account and get the camera on WLAN. If you have ever worked with wireless cameras the process is very similar to all others - scan QR code, give WPA key and done.If you are searching for the ENGLISH version of EZVIZ app I was able to search for the link on a PC and eventually get it on an iPhoneThe field of view for the zmodo pivot is wider than the 360 plus BUT the 360 plus offers motion tracking that I did successfully test. The pivot only pans as the 360 pans and tilts BUT the wider filed of view on the pivot allows for the same areas to be seen without tilting. The pivot also offers a number of other features such as alarm sensors, bluetooth connectivity, air quality and temp monitoring. If those are important to you then choice made.On to integration with alexa. I used a spot for this and after a little research got it working. Enable the EZVIZ skill - just like any other device you have integrated and simply ask alexa to show the camera! aaannnnnddddddd then notice the error you will get concerning the device is in a mode that doesn't allow for request. hmmmmmmmSome more research turns up another setup document thats not the same as the first or even mentioned which reveals the fix. If you want to integrate with alexa you must give up image encryption! This is the 'mode' error given when trying to view previously.So, now image encryption is disabled and alexa, show me the camera is spoken........... 6 to 10 seconds later the there it is, the live stream! Well - close to live I would call it. Testing showed that while the app on a phone show very near live viewing on a spot was 6 to 10 seconds behind. If thats good enough for you then sold, go with these devices.All the camera manufacturers are trying to shove their cloud services down consumers throats. It is not required by EZVIZ (right now) but is an option. I am only using the local sd card storage.All in all, its a decent cam thats good enough for me and not 300 bucks. Next I will try the outdoor bullet cams compared to similar zmodos
