I was very excited for this keychain, however, when I received it I was disappointed with it. it didn't spin at all so in an attempt to fix it on my own I tried taking the small pin out of the middle and it came out very easily, (a little too easy. may have been able to fall out on its own) and when trying to put it back in it wouldn't budge. I tried everything but had no luck. cool keychain but didn't work correctly. also beware when buying this on Amazon because the company does not have the same return policy as Amazon, although I haven't checked what their policy is yet.
