Love the easy setup! The best part about this is the built in safe guards. Our 11 year old puppy is very active but cannot always keep up with the younger ones. Should she not make the (small) jump, the device folds into itself.
We were very happy with the customer service from ZOIC. One of the posts from our original order broke and they were extremely helpful to send a quick replacement. Our pup is very good at jumping and what is nice is that the plastic is very lightweight so she is unfazed if she knocks the orange post down. We have had a lot of fun with this item, she really enjoys the jumping (and maybe the treats too! ;)
The product is everything as advertised...however, the buyer should understand that the horizontal bar is FIRMLY attached to the uprights. A premium (competition) bar is made to be knocked off so as not to injure the dog (and more accurately judge the competition).
