    This tool has been very helpful to me over the years. I use it almost every time I mount my GoPro. It just allows you to get the GoPro very tight so it doesn't move at all. It also helps you unscrew it from any mount easily. Mine has never fallen apart or bent. Many people might not see it as necessary but sometimes when you hand tighten your GoPro it still moves since its such a small plastic screw. It is also helpful when your hands are cold. Don't over look this, I believe you'll use it much more than you think.

    Sometimes you're in a hurry or your hands are wet or cold or covered with gloves and you just can't quite get that GoPro knob down. It's also a terrific tool for old guys like me who have arthritis and other maladies.

    No problem This approximately 1 x 3 inch tool fits over the head and lets you toque that puppy down. Just be real careful and don't do it too much otherwise you may simply be accelerating the harm you are trying to avoid.

    There's a cute can-opener cutout and, far more importantly, a hole for attaching to a key ring or lanyard.In fact, I purchased two of these so I can have one on my key ring and another on my lanyard.

    An inexpensive tool that you shouldn't do without.

It does come in handy when releasing the camera housing clamp in cold environments and my fingers are numb. You know how cold hurts, and the tips of your fingers feel like they are being stabbed with a bamboo needle? Yeah, it eliminates THAT feeling. LoL. Otherwise, just a neat little tool if you're one of those people (like me) who have to have "all" the accessories that come with your gadgets. Very high quality - as we've come to expect from GoPro. Small and lightweight, you'll definitely want to tie a lanyard to it to avoid losing it.

    GoPro's "The Tool" is a very handy accessory. It is made out of a hard metal and it is quite durable. If you use the GoPro for any high-speed sports, you'll want to make sure you tighten your screws tighter than you would for everyday use. This is the perfect tool for that. Warning - Don't torque the screws down too much, just a little more than you normally would or you risk stripping the screws.

    The bottle opener isn't the best on the market. However, it is especially nice to have one on your key-ring in case you forget to pack one or you want to travel light.

    As I mentioned, there is a key-ring hole. Which is very handy as "The Tool" is rather small and could be easy to lose.

    On paper this is a wonderful little tool. When you really need to ratchet down the GoPro, this can do it. When you then have to remove the GoPro, this tool is essential. The issue is that the tolerances aren't great. You'd think a tool made by GoPro specifically for the GoPro mounting system would be exact. It isn't. There is a lot of wiggle room and the black plastic is less than ideal for a part that is used to exert significant torque. With a few design changes I think this could be an indispensable tool. In fact, as designed, it should probably come with the camera.

    Das „GoPro Tool“ ist ein gutes, zuverlässiges kleines Werkzeug welches helfen soll, die Schrauben festzudrehen oder zu lösen.
    Dies empfiehlt sich vor allem in Winterregionen: Schweiz, Österreich usw. ,
    da es oft Schwierigkeiten gibt die Schrauben bei Kälte anzuziehen.
