Past Experience:
This is my second Blade Stealth bought. The first one I had bought was the same model except with the 12.5" screen which had issues with a flickering screen. After spending 3 weeks in RMA total I had finally received a different broken laptop. The customer service was horrific. I won't go into too much detail, but I would never trust Razer's "customer service" if you have issues. Amazon helped me out, while Razer held $1400 of my money.
Review Of Unit:
This being my second unit I ran this laptop under full load constantly for a good few weeks. I wanted to see if any issues existed on my laptop. I did eventually notice one, but it was not major to the point of return or repair and I fixed it myself. The fan in the unit has a "buzzing sound" or a coil whine. The noisy fans are common in Razer's products and are usually fixed with a BIOS updates, but this laptop has not received the fix yet. What I did to fix it was turn my Max CPU speed to around 80-85% to get the noise to go away. It is very minimal and can only be heard in a very quite room, so it's not a deal breaker. If you decided to buy this and run into the same issue I would wait. I would not trust Razer at all. Overall the laptop is fast, smooth, reliable, and fun to use! The new screen size is awesome and much better to compare to the older model. I'm able to run all the adobe applications and work on website design quickly and efficiently!
