After stirring for just 20-30 seconds one scoop is completely dissolved. Taste is decent, consistency isn't too thick to chug, and it helps me hit my protein intake daily. Totally worth it IMO.

I can't have any dairy, so I only drink vegan protein powders. I switch between a couple without any issues, but this one most definitely caused some problems. My diet is very controlled, so in that rare occasion when something sets me off I can narrow it down to 1-2 things. To confirm it was this protein powder, I drank it more than once, and the same effect happened. Not sure what it is in this that did it, the only major difference in their protein profile vs. the ones I currently use is the seeds (cranberry, chia, and sacha). So just a heads up if you're taking this on a restrictive diet, definitely some components in here that are much harsher than my other vegan protein powders.
