This is the best brand of Eucalyptus I've tried, I don't buy anything else now. In fact all of Now brand's essential oils are the best in my opinion, it's a great trustworthy brand that's proven itself with time and repeated good quality. I bought this a while back, but I've been using it a lot this week because I got sick with a cough and it helps with my congestion, I fill a bowl full of hot water and drip about five drops of oil in it, then breathe in the steamy air, it really helps break up the phlegm and clear my nasal passages. It also helps with my asthma, but it's no replacement for a proper inhaler and real medication, it's just a symptom reliever not a replacement for medical treatment! It also works in my ultrasonic aromatherapy diffuser if I want a nice clean scent in my home.
