Thomas Grey and the Scarab Enchantress (The Thomas Grey Adventures Book 2) Kindle Edition

5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 3 ratings

As ten year old Thomas lay in his bed, agitated, he prayed for the bliss of sleep to greet him quickly. His nights had been full of disturbing visions lately, and he knew who was causing them. Finally, sleep took Thomas in its grasp.

It was then, through the wormholes of his dreams, that he heard the rain. A gentle pitter-pattering sound. Only it wasn't rain, and quickly the sound grew closer.

And then he was falling. Being pulled deep into their world. Her world. From deep within her mummified wrappings, she was calling him again.

When Thomas disturbs an Ancient Egyptian Mummy hidden in Foxwood Hall, she won't let go until he completes her mission to Egypt. He must unravel her mysteries to find what is lost. This is one Mummy who will not be ignored!

Get ready for an adventure. From Cornwall to Egypt ... here we go!

So excited that book number 2 is here! The story is so intriguing right from the very first paragraph, no slowly easing you in! You are immediately taken into Thomas' new adventure, eager to find out more. I feel like I am there with him. Absolutely love it!

Gripping story, even better than the first book, so much interesting detail, I felt I learned a lot about Egypt. Hope there is a follow up.
