I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT!!!!!
UPDATE: Now this POS just does crop circles when I try to add back the app I had to delete because it is CRAP CRAP CRAP and continues to lose login details or just dings when I select the app! Going on 10 minutes just going round and round. If they GAVE ME ONE FOR FREE I WOULD NOT TAKE IT. That is how frustrating this tv has been since I bought it. To add to it they have every USELESS app, but NOT The CW. Will never buy another Samsung again!

Aside from the MOST annoying remote layout in history, this TV has a complete inability to consistently connect to apps. Aside from Netflix, it is beyond frustrating. The most consistent offender is Vudu which I have to log back into on an alarmingly regular basis - at times daily - which is made more frustrating by the remote! As we speak, it is a blank screen because I was going to Amazon Video to stream and it apparently is just not willing to do so. Just a blank screen. Connects to Netflix, but now I can add Amazon to the list of what I can't watch directly. I have NO problem with these apps on other TVs or devices in my home. If I want to use my blu-ray player to access the exact same apps, I can do so but what is the point of buying a 4K TV that you can't even watch 4K on?? Naturally Samsung points to everyone ELSE. It must be the app! It must be my internet! Deleting and reinstalling the apps has not helped. In one case after I deleted Vudu it wouldn't even let me download it for another day!
This is my first and last Samsung product. There is no point in buying their products if they won't help when there are issues and the issues are constant.
