I ordered a four pack of these, and like many other reviewers, I found it almost impossible to read the numbers on the dials. Regardless, I was able to reset the combinations on all four, and I used the same combination on all - something that would be easy for me to remember. After resetting and testing the new combinations, two of the locks re-opened, and two of them are now stuck. unfortunately, one of the locks that is stuck closed is locking two zippers together on a knapsack. So I’m going to have to cut the wire to remove it so I can return the package of four. Glad I did not wait until closer to our trip, so I now have time to find something that actually works
