I purchased this to use with my multi-line office desk phone and my GN Resound Phone Clip+ for my hearing aids. I have Costco rebranded Resound hearing aids and bought the Phone Clip+ to use with my previous bluetooth phone adapter. That adapter died after some 8 years of use and I needed something to replace it as I do technical support on the phone for a small government software company. Although Plantronics said they could not guarantee that it would work with Resound hearing aids bluetooth, it is fantastic. It works better than the old Jabra I had that is no longer made. Plugged in between the phone's handset and the phone's handset connection, and the Plantronics bluetooth adapter plugged into the USB port, the Resound Phone Clip+ paired up instantly without even messing with it. All I need do is lift the handset off of the phone ( I did not get the auto lifter) and push either the big button on the hub or the button on the Phone Clip+ and I have full stereo phone calls directly into my hearing aids. The Phone Clip+ has a mic on the front of it.
Audio both coming in and going out are crystal clear.
