Received the mask and the ear-plugs were missing. I informed the seller as I mainly bought this for the ear-plugs. They sent me within 2-days a box filled to the brim with ear-plugs! very very happy. Tested both the mask and the plugs and they are very comfortable, the mask is like being in a pitch black room and the ear-plugs may require a little bit of rolling between your hands first but are very comfortable, soft, and do the trick. Thank you again for being so prompt!UPDATE: I bought a 2nd pair when my other one was getting worn up (due to my storage of it, not due to the quality). I cannot sleep properly without this...seriously even if I dose myself on melatonin I still need these over my eyes. They provide me with a wonderful sleep...even on an airplane! They are comfortable, cool feeling. They don't have that usual "ugh cloth on my eyes" feeling i get with other eye masks.

This sleep mask/ear plug combo has been fantastic and I have already recommended it to a few people in my life.

The mask is made of a nice soft thick material and has a nice molded area for the bridge of your nose so no light comes in from the mask being slightly lifted by your nose area.

When I opened the package I kind of laughed and called it a "bra for my eyes" because the area of the mask that covers your eyes has lifted cups so your eyelashes and lists aren't pressed on and it doesn't interfere with your deep REM sleep. Due to the design of the mask - absolutely no light gets in to irritate me when I try to fall asleep.
Another great addition is how the elastic strap has a Velcro closure so the size you need can be achieved - not everyone has the same size noggin!

The ear plugs come in a nice plastic case - perfect for putting in your purse or traveling. They are very pliable and you pinch the end of them to fit them into your ears, they then expand to fit your ear size and stay in till the morning. For me, they work amazingly. I have a small dog that barks every morning my significant other comes home from work (the dog stays in our bedroom with me) and I am no longer woken up by the barking which is a big feat! I imagine the ear plugs would be great for sleeping with a partner who snores as well.

For me, this product definitely warrants a 5/5 star rating! The customer service from the company is phenomenal as well.

I am very pleased with this sleep mask. I was hesitant about the price, but now I'm going to order another one for my travel kit. It is comfortable, fits the face well to block out all light, and is sturdy yet soft. It has a concave shape which leaves room around the eye, so if I want to take a nap it will not rub my eye makeup off! The strap is not flimsy like some others are, and closes with adjustable velcro which is very comfortable. The other less expensive style in red on another page is quite good also. It is lighter and will fold easily for a travel kit. It does not have the thicker rim that this one does or the handy earplug case, but I find both of them do the same great job. They are comfortable for me on my side and fit great even with a CPAP pillow.

Wonderful! I work 3rd shift and have for the past year with constant sleep trouble. This mask gives me almost total darkness while also giving me freedom to open my eyes while wearing it thanks to the domed shape over the eyelids.

Snazzy color, very lightweight and comfortable. Only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because it tends to slip off my face by the time I wake up, but I keep it a little on the looser side and roll around a lot in my sleep.

This paired with the Ambio sleep sounds app has all but solved my 3rd shift sleep issues.

I love this set. We were going to be moving countries and I knew we would be in different hotels, so I wanted to invest in a nice sleep mask. I like the case that the earplugs come in, makes it super convenient. The eye mask blocks out the light really well, but doesn't press down on my eyes. The velcro on the back is very sturdy, and doesn't seem like it will dull over time. The sides are stretchy enough not to be too tight, but strong enough too keep the mask in place. The mask had a slight smell when it first arrived, from the packaging, but just airing it out in an open space for a couple hours had it perfectly neutral in smell. I like that the purple is bright enough for me to find it in my sheets when I don't put it back where it goes, but muted enough in design that I am ok wearing it on a plane.

So, in theory this is an awesome idea for a sleep mask. Usually, when needed, I've used the typical, flimsy mask with the thin straps. They are usually hot and let light in. With this mask, you get minimal light bleed through. If you tighten up the strap, the bleed through is almost nil. It is cool and yes, you can open your eyes with the mask on which is nice especially if you take a cat nap and don't want to mess up your eye make-up :-)

And now the downside(s) of this mask:
--Padded: the good part about this mask is also the downside in my opinion. It is similar to a padded bra for your eyes and it takes some getting used to. When I sleep on my side the mask presses into my face or it simply scoots to the side since it is so stiff.

--Strap: the strap is thick elastic and adjustable with a velcro closure. However, then I put the strap around my head, above my ears, the nose form doesn't hit my nose just right. If I bring the nose form down on my nose, the strap digs into the tops of my ears. There is no way to adjust this so I simply put the strap across the tips of my ears which sounds like a solution BUT then the strap, because of it's thickness/rigidness it digs into my ears when I sleep on my side.....whew! Run on sentence, sorry.

All in all, this is a nice mask for the price but I guess it just doesn't fit me. I will use it for naps but sleeping with it for extended periods of time isn't going to be an option.

I rarely write reviews for products, but this warrants one. I am absolutely unable to sleep without a sleep-mask and I have tried countless options with mixed results. This is by far the best sleep-mask I've encountered in terms of 1. lack of light leakage 2. comfort 3. sizing. I have a small nose and so masks normally gap at the bottom and let light in. This mask contours perfectly to my face and creates absolute darkness. In terms of comfort, I tried a similar style with the "cups" for the eyes, but this mask has a bit of padding around the cups, ensuring a more comfortable fit which also enables it to stay in place throughout the night (another issue I've struggled with). Also, in comparison to masks I've used in the past, the velcro on the back is much longer, so even if the band stretches over time and the elastic wears (which I do not anticipate, as the materials seem to be of very high quality), you'll still be able to resize the band to your comfort. Finally, in comparison with other masks of this type, the materials are simply softer, more luxurious, and more comfortable. And it comes with earplugs to boot! This NYC girl is finally able to sleep through the bright lights, horns, and sirens of city life. A dream come true.
