About the Author

Always an adventurer in life as well as writing, New York Times best-selling author Cherry Adair moved halfway across the globe from Cape Town, South Africa to the United States in her early years to become an interior designer. She started what eventually became a thriving interior design business. "I loved being a designer because it was varied and creative, and I enjoyed working with the public." Action, extreme adventure and romance. So much good stuff in this book.
A counter-terrorist organization against a sociopath. A hero and heroine who both are honorable, stubborn and loyal. And instantly attracted to each other.
Totally loved reading this book. It is part of a series, but absolutely can be read alone.

Ash and River have it tough when they first meet at a terrorist's hacienda. Her brother is missing and she is very attracted to Ash who is masquerading as a Catholic bishop! She is a distraction that he doesn't need. Both of them have many issues to deal with. I loved the way this started. The action continued to build throughout the entire story. I enjoyed watching Ash and River grow and develop. The back-up characters were great too.

If you like your romance filled with deadly action and adventure, along with many steamy scenes and interesting characters, then you will like this one. There were some characters from previous T-FLAC books, but you don't have to read them first. It is a good introduction to the series. See what you think! Enjoy.

T-FLAC agents aren't indestructible. They get hurt, they see their friends die too young and they look for a way to cope with the pain. Ash is already injured when he loses his brother in an explosion. Eighteen months later he is determined to stop the people responsible for his brother's death. He doesn't expect to survive the mission and he definitely doesn't expect to meet a woman who gives him a reason to want to live. Well written and keeps you wondering "what next?"

Asher was a character that you really were able to feel his pain and anguish over the loss of his brother. River was his savior and helped him to become whole again. River was a fearless, loyal, and tough woman. She and Asher together were unstoppable. The book had several unexpected twists. I think this will be a winning new T-FLAC series. I look forward to book 2.
