    Used these for cupcakes. I baked the cupcakes in the oven inside the jars. They came out perfectly. None were damaged in shipping. There was one lid that was different from the other 11 (pictured) — it was one solid piece. Not sure if that was a flaw or normal. I was decorating the tops and that one had to be done differently bc it was a solid piece instead of 2 pieces.

    I used these jars when I made jam and jelly to give as gifts. They are the perfect size to give in a sampler pack. The only down side to the jars were the lids. I was expecting to use the lids that came on the jars to seal them, but all of the lids were stuck to the top of the jars and had to be replaced with new lids. That was disappointing and unexpected.

    I did not purchase my jars on Amazon but from another supplier. They are the same thing, however, so I figured I'd put my review on here. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with these jars! I tried doing a hot water bath with jam and 4 out of the 12 cracked! I will be returning them.
