Peter is the grandson of the late children's book author Laura Dutcher (who was born in England), and the nephew of children's book illustrator Linda Apperson. Peter lives in the United States with his wife and two sons, where his books get 4 or 5 star ratings. His writing style is similar to a combination of authors Terry Brooks, Terry Goodkind, J. R. R. Tolkien, R. K. Rowling, Piers Anthony, Sara Douglas and Frank Peretti, with a touch of Louis L'Amour. He loves Doctor Who...is pretty much addicted to the show, both Classic and Modern.
