Both the gloss and matte are incredible top coats for my dnd minis and paintings. I’ve used this in watercolor paintings and it worked great! My favorite application is props I’ve painted and my minis. I love these sprays for any and all use!
I just started using the matte on my minis and it looks incredible, but hasn’t had the time for the longevity test. The two weeks the mini has been used though it has held up great! It has a softer matte finish than army painter mattes and makes the paint look softer than it does without any topcoat. I love it!
The minis I’ve glossed have stood up weekly use and transit for a year with no chipping or fading in color! I highly recommend this!
WARNING: if you try to rush your minis and coat them before the paint is dry, this stuff will make your paint run!
I’ve used this with the full line of army painter paints and many Tamiya Color paints and it has done great!
