I'm from Iran, so I have quite the high bar for pistachios. And since learning about Glyphosate and other carcinogens used in farming, I've realized organic is the only way to go. They have that taste that I'd been missing! That quintessentially pistachio-esque aftertaste that I hadn't found in any grocery store pistachios. Now I'm excited to try their other nuts! And I think it's a great price for this quality especially when compared to the grocery store. Pistachios are prebiotic as well if I'm not wrong and at 4 calories per kernel I think it's a great and filling snack to mix with other nuts. Makes your charcuterie look pretty rad too!
