Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I bought this at a big name store whose name rhymes with Lohl’s on 10/14/17. It worked beautifully up until a few days ago. I used it to make smoothies a few times a week. My recipe always includes fruit, typically berries and mango but I also used spinach and apples at times, Greek yogurt, and about 8 small ice cubes. If the mango was not ripe enough to be juicy, I would add a bit of orange juice. It produced amazing, thick, cold smoothies. Until...The other day I went about the process as usual and heard a terrible noise about 15-20 seconds into the blending process. When I looked over, the contents were spewing out of the nutribullet. I ran from it and then decided I needed to be brave and go pull the plug before it completely exploded in my kitchen. The photos above show what I saw.I called nutribullet, told them what happened and they had a supervisor call me back. The women was very professional, but the company REFUSED to issue a refund. They are sending me a replacement (which I’m not sure I’ll ever use) and picking up this unit to ship back for inspection.I’m sharing this because there was absolutely no warning to what happened to me. The company insists that this is called by me because I did not add enough liquid to the unit. I don’t know whether that is true or not. I’m sharing this so that you can make an informed purchase and know that this could happen to yours. If I ever use the replacement model, I am going to put a towel over it when it is in use. I asked nutribullet if this would be okay and the woman said yes. Good luck.
I did not think that going up from the 900 to this one would make that much of a difference, Well I was wrong...This thing is awesome and I love the fact that it starts off slow before getting to high speed unlike the small models. Makes want to see if I can grind down stumps with it, just kidding. It really does a great job.
Bought this as an upgrade over my recently broken down 900. Unfortunately, after a few uses I soon realized that even with the upgraded speed, this blender is a downgrade from the 900. Less cups come with the set, and only one blade piece, which is annoying (the 900 came with 2, great for when one is dirty). The design is also inferior to the 900. They got too cute with the design and now it's impossible to lick leftover smoothie off the blade piece (bad idea I know, but it was at least possible with the 900, it is treacherous with the 1200). Also, the new design seems to have a more difficult time than the 900 with blending, even with the increased power. Received a nice quality, hardcover recipe book with the 900, received a strange piece of plastic meant for food portioning on plates with the 1200. Both extras are pretty useless, but I found what came with the 1200 to be totally useless.
Get the 900, cheaper, and a better overall product.
It leaked both times I tried to use it. The plan seemed like a neat idea but I boxed it all back up pretty much a immediately and sent it back. Also the quality of the plastic cups didn't seems as good as my 600 nutribullet and I read the blade isn't dishwasher safe. I really wanted this system to be awesome...
I have always used the 900 NutriBullet and LOVE IT! This newer model with 1200 paced blending cycles seems to take more time to process a smoothie. It rates an OKAY....not crazy about it review.
The NutriBullet automatically turns off when everything is completely blended, but it cannot run for more than a minute at a time because it will overheat. This makes the blending process take a long time and no one has time to stand there, holding the cup down to blend and taking breaks for 15 minutes. And even if i waited a long time for it to blend, there were still chunks of food which completely grossed me out. I do not recommend this product at all, so please do not waste your money like i did.
It is my third nutribullet since four years ago or so and the best one, it is my daily "trophy" for a healthy body and a perfect blood test and a long life. Thank you for this amazing invention!.
