The good: I really love these....and I'd like to drop it to 4 stars because of the prohibitive price, but I went ahead with 5 stars because they are SO good. They have just the right taste & texture that will satisfy me when I need a snack. These are the first kale chips/snacks I've ever tried, so can't compare to anything else.

The bad: These are way, way too expensive for me to sustain as a regular snack. Though I really like them, I've already found a recipe online that looks (and sounds) promising for quite similar kale chips. Apologies to Alive and Radiant Foods, but most of us just cannot afford this kind of pricing for a 2.2 oz snack.

This product arrived in good condition (not overly crushed up) and was fresh. I love kale and I reaalllyy wanted to like this, but the tarragon dijon flavor was just not at all tasty. It left a thick, greasy residue on the roof of my mouth. The crunch and texture of the kale was great, but I just couldn't get past the seasoning. I might try this in a different flavor next time.

My new favorite snack that tastes like cheese coated crunchy things, but is actually vegan. No cheese at all. The nutritional yeast gives it that cheesy taste. Nutritional yeast is something I have never been able to like, but in this snack, it is delicious. I have purchased them from Whole Foods, and have shared with friends who also love them. Try a package. You will be delighted.

These arrived in total pieces. I mean, dust. I did taste it and it seemed OK but the entire, ENTIRE bag was crushed into little dusty pieces. Waste of money completely.

Ok so I love this stuff because the flavor is FANTASTIC and so are the ingredients and health factor (albeit that the salt is on high side) but I can eat a whole bag in a few minutes and it would be very expensive to support such a habit, so that's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. Product itself is top notch...but it's highly addictive and pricey :)

First let me say these are friggin awesome, they are so good. Kale chips are just too fragile to ship and they were all smashed.

And they are expensive. The bag is a 99 cent bag of chips size. 6 bucks is a little steep.

Buy some nutritional yeast and make em at home.

Mmmmmm Cheezy! These kale krunchies are really packed full of cheezy flavor, and have a great savoriness to them. I love that they are a healthy indulgence, and even have B-12 in them, which is hard to find in vegan foods. I just wish they weren't quite so expensive, though it is true that they are using costly, organic ingredients.

There were relatively few large pieces of kale, as much of the product had been reduced to small chunks and crumbs--presumably in shipping. The other two flavors were in a similar condition. The texture was not exactly crunchy. It seems like the flavored coating makes the "chips" a bit chewy. As far as the flavor itself, it wasn't *bad,* but I wouldn't go out of my way to order it again. (Perhaps it was the tarragon, since we both like Dijon mustard well enough.)

We tried two other flavors, and neither of them was a win with either of us. It's a little more work, but I think I'll just keep making my own kale chips.
