Top-of-Stove Directions: Makes 1-1/4 cups 1. Whisk sauce mix and 1-1/4 cups milk in small saucepan. Add 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 4 minutes. For a lower fat sauce, feel free to use non-fat milk or omit the margarine.

This is amazing stuff. I have almost quit eating out. If you love the Ravioli de Portobello at Olive Garden, all you have to do is purchase a packet of this (I bought it online because it is very difficult to find in stores where I live) and buy a package of Bertolli Mushroom Ravioli. Chop your tomatoes just so, sprinkle on top of the sauce and ravioli then some grated parm on top (they use a block each of parmesan and romano at olive garden) and you have a dinner that will surprise your family. 20 minutes tops and you have dinner on the table with this pouch. It tastes like a vodka/sundried tomato/cream sauce. Light, and perfectly seasoned. All you need to add is your favorite pasta and some grated cheese and you are DONE!
