Age gap isn’t usually my thing but I honestly didn’t think about it much. Except for when Parker did. I love how Cooper went after everything he wanted, his girl, his family and his goals. Ugh! I love them and can’t wait to read more. I also can’t wait to create my own beach scene one day, WHEW!

Something So Right is my first Natasha Madison book. A sports romance filled with alpha males, strong females and a lot of sexy times. So much sexy time that it was almost too much. Cooper is a professional hockey player recovering from an injury. Parker is the owner of the ice rink where is doing his rehab and conditioning and single mom of two.

I enjoyed their story. Parker is a dedicated mom with lots of normal issues. Juggling life and feeling insecure about her appearance. Cooper is the typical playboy male whose ways come to an abrupt when he falls for Parker.

"...that man just bulldozed his way through my life, without even stopping."

My only complaint is that I don't think there was ever a clear explanation as to how or why he fell for Parker. It was very funny when they met. The banter, his assumption of who she was is priceless and laugh-out-loud funny.

I enjoyed this sexy sports romance, and I am diving into book #2 in the series Something So Perfect.

Parker was so easily to love ❤️. And Cooper freaking stone 🥰 every bit the perfect loveable alpha caveman. Like a sour patch kid he's sour at first but once Parker puts him in his place he starts to fall head over heels for her. And boy did he fall hard and fast. As a single mom myself the way he met Matthew and Allison and was immediately like these are my kids now too just makes me swoon. I'm actually working on a re read of the whole hockey dynasty and even the second time around Cooper makes me kick my feet and giggle with his swoony ,spicy words and actions. He loves His Parker so fully its sweet.

It took me awhile to get into this one. It was dual POV, but Cooper’s POV didn’t appear until halfway through the book, and I would have loved to see his POV when he met Parker. It was a good debut novel and a good start to this series.

Cooper, a star NHL player, is recovering from and injury and goes to Parker’s facility to get in shape for the upcoming season. Parker is a divorced single mom who has taken her family skating rink and turned it into a top rated rehab facility. Parker and Cooper’s relationship starts out rocky but develops quickly. They both have baggage from their past relationships and that creates a good amount of OW and OM drama.

I loved that even though both Cooper and Parker were confident people, they had moments of doubt, which made their characters seem more realistic. I loved Cooper’s relationship with both Parker’s kids, I thought they were written very age appropriately. There was the perfect amount of hockey thrown in, both at the high school level with Matthew and at the NHL level with Cooper. Everything felt very realistic and authentic.

This was an entertaining read and great for a debut novel. I was so excited to see Natasha Madison’s books in KU and will definitely be reading more. I’m glad I started at the beginning of her backlist to get the full experience of her world.

Parker and Cooper had such and intense and sexy chemistry! From the moment that they met, you could feel the sexual tension between them. Readers will fall in love with Parker and Cooper. Parker is the kind of heroine I love to cheer for. She's strong, confident and knows exactly what she wants. Cooper is a hero that will make you swoon and make your panties melts with his dirty talk. *Ahem* Can I just say that the dirty talk between these two is out of this world DIRTAYY!! *Fans Face* Steamy moments guaranteed, but emotional and sweet ones as well. The bond that Cooper created with Parker and her kids was amazing! You could see that he deeply cared for them and wanted to give them the world. This couple did have a few obstacles to overcome to find their HEA. Their love for each other and the bond that they created made them a strong couple and nothing could stop them from being together.

The author delivered a story filled with many fun, steamy, emotional and tender moments. It was such a wonderful reading escape! This author is off to a great start and I will without a doubt read the other books she plans on writing. Always give a chance to a new author. You never know when you are going to find your next favorite author ;)

I thought this book would be hard to read, with characters that wouldn’t want to get involved, example: Parker, but this was actually super easy and nice to read. The characters, Parker and Cooper, are really likable, they act their age, in this case as adults, they aren’t running from their relationship, that’s what makes me like them even more. I actually liked the way Cooper called Parker, his Babe, lol, I thought it was cute, lol, he was the guy that never thought about relationships, but he’s so sincere with her and the media, those were my favorite parts. He had some moments regarding Parker’s clothes that may annoy some people, but she actually only listened to him once, if I remember correctly, so he tried, but she didn’t listen most of the time or she was just playing with him. I loved Cooper with Parker’s kids, he’s so good for them, Alisson’s moments with him were my favorites, but I also liked that Matthew had a good example in him, too bad he won’t be following if his book is any indication. “Something so Right” entered my list of books without annoying main character, that’s so hard to find, lol. I really liked and want to read more books with grow up characters like Parker and Cooper.
