I been trying a lots of pain creams or patches for my knee pain. I was about to give up and some one recommended this one on a trip to Florida. I try the travel pocket size that brings 10 and try it. (Nothing to lose) I was feeling better I said “works”, I was impressed with my recovery, I reorder a second box because I was using 3 time a day and now Im using the tub and using 1 time a day. I recommend and the supplier. Received an expired tub and she returned the money with her apology.Buy again with them.

I have more aches and pains and medical conditions than I care to admit even to myself stemming from arthritis, neuropathy pain, chronic whip lash etc.. and from missing the antigen in my blood that regulated inflammation called HLA- B 27. I have tried them all. I can say honestly that I find this cream really helps cut the pain for a while. I was surprised as so many creams don't work. My husband is co director of medical education for a large hospital and a pharmacology MD, so I always have him on a mission to find cream for me but saw reviews on Amazon and gave this a try. First, It's creamy a which is good thing so can be applied to rather large area's. It's moderately expensive so if you use for a chronic condition or large area the creamy application helps with cost. The odor's moderately strong so if your at the gym the scent will travel. - enough to make my dog leave my side. Personally, I find it pleasant and comforting. On me it cut the pain about a half hour then needs reapplication. I am thinking of giving the oil a try too. I also have found other creams to be really helpful. I like a good quality MSM cream BUT they aren' all the same quality. You have to be careful to find a good one. This is like icy hot except icy hot is trash and this thing is like cool minty AND THEN BEWARE OF THE INCOMING FIRE. This will knock out your aches and pains and just don’t get the stuff in your eyes and you’ll be golden. Also don’t panic and wash it off because the heat is the magic! I use a combination of this and Arnica gel and it’s a winning combo if you let the Arnica completely dry and then apply this as a second layer.

This topical rub is the best pain reliever my husband and I have used and we have tried quite a few over the past 7 decades. Initially it is has a strong menthol type oder. A few purchasers have had issues with that we don't. For me it is refreshing and besides the smell fades away after a few minutes. If it doesn’t seem to absorb well that is an alert I've applied too much. In that case I rub in into the surrounding or a different area. It takes very little very to be effective. I have arthritis and disintegrated discs up and down my spine. The most critical areas are located on my neck, lower back, shoulders and temporary injuries such as torn tendons, over used muscles and strains. I have even rubbed it on my temples (I’m not suggesting anyone else try this) when I have a tension head ache localized in that area; it amazingly stops the headache. My husband uses it mostly on severely arthritic hands, wrists back and temporary injuries. If you use it be sure to wash your hands thoroughly because you need to keep it away from your eyes or any open wounds. My husband started using medical gloves to apply it. It was/is a great idea. It eliminates the hand washing problem and not only that we use less rub as it does not saturate into our palms or finger tips. It is well worth the price. One warning though do terra claims some sellers on Amazon (and likely elsewhere) sells counterfeits. I purchased the four ounce tube from Vital Essentials and the product was genuine or such a good counterfeit we cannot tell a difference between it and genuine Deep Blue rub. I learned from experience that Amazon uses reviews or purchasers write reviews for products that are actually for two different but similar items, consequently, reviews that are contradictory because they are not for the same item. That is why I included the seller’s name in this review. Then again some manufactures change ingredients or start making an inferior product. I hope my next purchase is the real deal and if you purchase from Vital Essentials due to this review yours will be also.
