About this item

  • Bright Brushes Your Pet’s Teeth For You: They think it’s just a delicious chew, but this vet-recommended tooth-cleaning experience is actually a miracle. The small dental kit, for dogs and cats under 20 pounds, comes with 30 chews and a month supply tube of toothpaste.
  • So Much Easier Than A Toothbrush: It’s almost impossible to convince dogs to open wide and say “aaah”. That’s why after age three, 80% of them have active dental disease from lack of dental care. But Bright is so tasty and fun, dogs actually want to do it every day.
  • Freshens Breath In Only 1-2 Weeks: Bright’s dynamic duo attacks the debris that causes bad breath in 2 ways — the chew scrapes teeth while the toothpaste’s 3 active enzymes break down particles and scrub away bacteria. The result? Dog kisses that don’t make you cringe.
  • It Really Works!: Behold the magic of 3 enzymes, more than any other dog toothpaste. And unlike many competitors, Bright’s enzymes are alive and active for even more power. That’s why Bright is uniquely effective compared to other toothpastes and dental treats.
  • Tasty REAL CHICKEN In Every Bite: As taste experts, dogs love our chews for the chicken, not the oral hygiene. But the 5-ridge star shape really shines at scrubbing teeth and a mess-free groove makes sure toothpaste ends up in your dog’s mouth (not all over the rug).

Bright Box

One

Chew

Three

STEP ONE, AND DONE.

It’s a pretty short instruction manual.

Just squeeze our triple enzyme toothpaste into the embedded groove, and it will make sure your dog doesn’t make a mess. Bam, your work is now over.

LET YOUR DOG DO WHAT THEY DO BEST.

They’ll love chewing on this.

Bright’s chews and toothpaste are made with real chicken, so your pet comes running whenever it’s time to “brush.” The tough and tasty dental chew scrubs your dog’s teeth while the toothpaste enzymes break down debris that contributes to bad breath and other more serious health issues.

IT REALLY WORKS!

Bright was created in collaboration with Novozymes, a leader in bio tech.

Thanks to this partnership, It has three enzymes working together, more than any other dog dental product on the market. And according to a study of the competition, the activity of Bright’s enzymes is also significantly higher. That means they’re more powerful, to get better results for your pet. But the proof is in the kisses, not to mention the compliments — your vet is going to be impressed.

Really hopeful about this product! My picky pup likes these a lot
I have an almost 10-year-old papillon who suffers from pretty bad periodontal disease. He has had to have a front tooth pulled due to the condition. Even a veterinary tooth cleaning every year does not seem to be enough to keep the plaque at bay. While he won't tolerate actual brushing, we try a variety of measures to help in between cleanings: he gets PlaqueOff powder on his food, Greenies treats, and his teeth "brushed" every night with a combination of MaxiGuard no-brush gel (recommended by our vet) and a Nylabone foaming dental cleaner. Still, his breath is pretty gnarly most days and the plaque builds up on his molars.Recently, we added these treats (along with EcoBath Manuka Honey water additive) to his routine. I honestly could not say which of these products - if either - has caused the change, but I notice an immediate improvement in his dental health. He has less plaque on the surface of his molars, and although his breath is temporarily a little more pungent, I think that may be due to the plaque-causing bacteria coming loose from his teeth. I'll be eager to see how his dental health is in a few months of using both of these products, as I'm certainly not going to eliminate either one from his routine if something seems to be helping.I'm also very pleased that my dog actually LIKES these treats! He's a very obedient sort who tolerates the tooth gel application every night, but only does so reluctantly and after much coaxing. He also tends not to try to eat anything very large until it's broken up for him, as he's kind of a pansy. However, he will chow down on these dental sticks! I'm very glad, as I think his lack of wanting to chew hard foods probably doesn't help the plaque situation. He also likes the toothpaste that goes on these. The enzymatic formula seems to be a novel approach to the doggie toothpaste concept, and hopefully this natural path proves effective in the long run.I am really hopeful that this is working for him. At very least, it definitely isn't hurting. He likes the treats, they are convenient and easy to apply, and a lot less stressful for both of us than the dental gel (although we're keeping that up too, because it works in a different way that hopefully adds to the effect). Also, this product arrived quickly and was handsomely packaged. I will update my review if I notice a change down the road, but for now, I feel this purchase makes both me and my dog pretty happy, and I can recommend other dog owners give it a shot!

Both my boys love these! When the box came they were immediately interested and my Shiba tried to bite the package before I even had it opened haha! Such a great way to get their teeth clean without having to try to use a toothbrush. Such a great idea to be able to put the toothpaste in the grooves. Also the packaging was cute (I’m a sucker for aesthetically pleasing packaging) and it arrived super quick with Prime. They’ve only eaten a few so far since we just got them, so I don’t know about the long term effects or how well it will help with tartar yet but so far so good and I do feel like their breath seems better already!

I’m also always cautious about what I give my boys but I feel like this is a well made product. I’ve liked everything I’ve gotten from BarkBox in the past and I would say this meets those same standards. A win in my book!

In closing Puppers and DD world like to say—thanks BarkBox for fun toys and clean teeth!

I am not a dog so I can’t speak fully to the flavor and scent but they are not overly smelly to my human nose and the dogs love them!

There are lots of dog teeth products out there and I do like these but it was missing clear instructions on how much/how to apply the liquid properly. I apply a small line across one of the creases and I think it’s okay.

One concern I have is the dogs eat them very quickly. Other teeth products recommended by my vet took longer to consume and the vet explained that as they chew it cleans the teeth. Since these are finished in 20-30 seconds I’m not sure how much cleaning is being done. Vet recommended products take my dogs 3-7+ minutes to consume depending on how they eat them (lick vs chew).

I think they work and the dogs surely like them so I’d recommend. No issues with digestion or anything negative so far.

We love this! Bark is such a smart company that we have enjoyed supporting for years because of their love of animals, quality of products, and customer service. They really are a dream company and their new dental chews are a dream as well. The idea is super easy to implement. You take one “toothpaste” capsule and squeeze it onto the dental chew. They can safely inject the “toothpaste” that has enzymes that help break down Tartar and the chew helps distribute the paste while rubbing the funk off your pup’s teeth. Our chew is chicken flavored and my dog loves. Dental care for my boy has been a huge stresser for me. He’s a dachshund and predisposed to bad teeth but he hates having his teeth brushed. It’s a battle I’m usually only prepared for once a week. However he loves treats and eating so this is an ideal oral hygiene trick for us. So happy to have found these!

My dogs breath stinks and sometimes it is not easy or I forget to brush his teeth daily. This is the perfect solution for a brushing alternative.
