Directions

This item came already opened. I also ordered a different type of the same diaper cream (the orange package) and the other came with a seal over the top, but this one did not. You can even tell when you look at them side by side that the blue package has less inside (it’s more crumpled). I’m not sure if I should even use it since it isn’t properly packaged.
