    Remove the pad from wrapper. Before application, peel off protective sheets from the adhesive strips on the back of the pad. To apply, place the pad in your bra with the contoured edges at the sides. The adhesive strips will stick to your bra, keeping the pad in place. Pads should be changed often to maintain skin health. A general guide would be after each feeding or when saturated.

    As a breastfeeding mom, these are so handy to have around. I throw them in my work bag, purse, diaper bag, car, pretty much anywhere I could stash them. I even just throw them on at the start of the day or before bed for some protection for day/night. They are about the size of the palm of my hand when opened and unfolded. The folded part creates a nice fit inside bras or shirts. They aren't super thin but you can't notice them under shirts or sports bras and they are SUPER absorbent and great quality. I use them when I spill things all the time when I have nothing else to grab. They stick right inside to your shirt or bra or whatever you're wearing with two little adhesive spots.

    He utilizado pads de distintas marcas y, hasta ahora, estas son mis favoritas. Intenté varias marcas al inicio de la lactancia: algunas me lastimaban porque me encontraba muy sensible y con mucha molestia; otras no absorbían tanto. Estos pads son bastante suaves y muy absorbentes; de haber conocido estos pads al inicio, me habrían ayudado con las molestias y el dolor, es una pena que no haya sido así, sin embargo, sigo muy contenta de haberlas encontrado. Adicional, las adquirí en promoción ($255) por 200 pz. Hubo otras marcas por las cuales pagué más cantidad de dinero por menos piezas.
