The round plug that should fit into the Pet Stain Eraser Vacuum is too short and will not stay plugged in. The Pet Stain Eraser is subject to "water splashes" so the charging port has a little door to keep it dry. When you plug in the charger, the door is opened by the firm push of the plug. The port itself is 1/2 inch below the little door. But, because the silver head of the charger is less than a 1/2 inch long before the thick black plastic of the cord begins, it will not securely fit into the charging port and stay plugged in. This charger will not charge the Pet Stain Eraser Vacuum. When I tried to return it within 30 days, the company had a no return policy. Very disappointing. DO NOT BUY THIS CHARGER TO REPLACE YOUR BISSELL PET STAIN ERASER CHARGER.
