Where have these pans been my whole life? When they say non-stick, they mean it. My dear husband over-baked some butternut squash cubes on one pan. The charred squash came right off after soaking for about 5 minutes. No scrubbing!! In general, I line all my baking pans with foil or parchment for easy clean-up. When I don't, it doesn't matter because these pans are soooo easy to clean. The two sizes are perfection. They are heavy pans and I expect they will be durable. I'll be buying these as gifts for Christmas.

The shipping was super quick and the quality of these pans are amazing. I've used them once already and there was no warping going on in the oven. I only didn't give it a full 5 stars because it is much heavier than I anticipated. But don't let that deter you, I'm sure I will get used to it. No sense in comparing it to the cheap, rusted, warped ones you are trying to replace. Get it.

What has happened to Kitchenaid? I'm thoroughly disappointed in these baking pans. I should have paid attention to the reviews that stated that they warp. Supposedly, these pans are oven-safe up to 450. If they mean that they will not melt at 450, then that's factually accurate. What they fail to disclose is that they likely have a much lower temperature threshold for warp resistance. I was using the large pan in my oven set at 400 degrees. The oven was fully pre-heated and the oven thermometer didn't show any strange temperature fluctuations. Imagine my surprise when I looked in the oven during the bake time to discover that the pan was trying to twist. It sat almost 3 inches above the oven rack on the right side! I spent the extra money on these pans because the product description specifically states, "Durable Professional Weight Steel - The durable professional weight steel delivers reliable, warp-free performance". Warp-free? Not in my experience.

So far I absolutely live these pans! They're heavy duty, I don't feel like they'll warp in the oven or be easily bent in handling. I used one of the pans to cook breaded chicken with cheese on top and it was super eaay to remove the burnt cheese from the pan. It involved very little scrubbing and the panlooksbrand new. Very happy with my purchase.
