This is the second purchase I made of this item where one end of the celo wrap is heat sealed and the other a blob of glue. It makes no sense on the factory level to seal a product properly with a safety heat seal on one end only to crazy glue the other end. I have returned this item immediately after receiving it. I was assured by Amazon customer service after my first purchase with a crazy glued end on this product this would not happen again and I could feel safe re-ordering this product. I will not be doing another order.
