Amazing product! I have seen changes in my skin and hair and my memory! I have a traumatic injury that I have been successfully recovering from and further more...... amazing for my PTSD symptoms! My roommate and friends observe that I smell amazing when they hug me! Helps with my workout routines... and I like to do those hardcore High Intensity Interval Training exercises...! I have especially noticed a difference in my roommate and good time friend... He could barely do 10 pushups three months ago... and no can do 60 easily...! I know the enoki helps him research particularly when he is on the computer... and agarikon has been detoxer for him while works in fine art medium that involved a lot of toxic chemicals and heavy metals...! But really the whole prosperity blend has been a GOD SEND for both of us! Eating a staple of antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables... especially cruciferous, fresh succulent leafy greens, and citrus fruits helps create a natural sun screen which makes it easier to stay out in the extreme desert temperatures happily! I have a 12 year old and a 4 year old who both attend full day school. Both are notorious for colds and respiratory issues. Much has been eliminated with diet but my DD seems to catch every cold around her and they last for days or weeks. If I get a mosquito bite, I take one, so instead of scratching my skin off and ending up with a scar, the inflammation and itching goes away in about 1 hour or less. I am currently in the middle of a chest cold, which I think was brought on by working in a woodpile without a mask (won't be doing that again). As soon as I felt the cold come on in my chest (I used to run to the doctor's office and request Zpack) I now take two Host Defense in the morning along with a probiotic capsule and do the same in the evening. I know that without this, I would have a cold for 2 weeks or more. I am on my third day with this and my lungs feel 95% better (it's still there a little bit). This supplement is a lifesaver. Be careful with this if you have bleeding problems or liver problems - will increase likelihood of bleeding and could cause liver toxicity. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR OR NATUROPATH. (which of course I have not) I take these because it was SUGGESTED by a wonderful pet psychic Wendy Van der Poll to give Power Mushroom to my dog to keep her from getting cancer (and she never did and those pills are wonderful, I take them too) and then I started investigating them and taking them and they have a made a major difference in my life. Thank you Wendy!

I buy a lot of things online and this is by far my best purchase, and probably one of the most expensive, but the results are incredible. I did a lot of research on Paul Staments before buying this, and this man is now my new hero. Every single year I get a terrible month long sinus infection around Thanksgiving. This year is the first year I have made it to spring without getting a severe cold. I am exposed to germs every day, so I do not think this is coincidence. I totally SWEAR by this product! I used to have somewhat frequent colds, then sinus infections and upper respiratory issues. I started taking this as a boost to my immune system as suggested by my ND. I was on it for several years and went through a "supplement cleanse" one summer. I had been off of it for a few months and got a cold which lead to a sinus infection. Then I got another cold...I realized Host Defense was truly working so I went back on it before traveling abroad. Everyone in our group picked up a bug on the flight out and I was the only one who didn't get sick! What I notice is I rarely pick up colds when I take one of these daily. If on the rare occasion I do the symptoms are much more mild and the duration shortened. I don't tend to get the secondary sinus infection or respiratory problems as a result either. I have recommended this to a few of my friends and my daughter takes it too. They have noticed the same thing as I have. I will ALWAYS take one of these a day for the rest of my life. I hate being sick.
