As far as I'm concerned, a cookbook without photos is useless, so when I started flipping the pages of this book, I was in heaven! The photos are absolutely gorgeous...

So, I rarely (if ever) make or eat cake. I write a "healthy" food blog. Holidays are exceptions to the rule. My husband and I decided our Christmas menu will feature one of Dini's amazing creations... the conundrum is which? The Pistachio Rose Saffron Cheesecake is calling my name, but hubby is salivating over the Fudgy Pistachio Baklava Cake. First world problems!

As I mentioned, the photography is stunning, but I have to mention how easy to follow the recipes are. As a food blogger, I recognize a clearly laid out and well-written recipe. I look forward to making our first of many of these beautiful desserts on Christmas day!

This is a beautiful book. I've made the cake on the cover and it looks dauntingly beautiful but was quite easy and absolutely delicious. I can't wait to dig into some more of the recipes. There are cakes for any occasion and not just slight version of a lot of the other cakes out there. I've got two copies so far. It makes the perfect gift.

I love baking cakes and always on the look out for new and interesting recipes. This book fills the bill. The cakes are unique and the pictures are just an icing on the cake. I baked Chocolate Peanut Dacquoise Cake so far and it was a success in my family. The only minor thing was that the cake itself was a bit too dense for my palate, but that just my own taste. :)
Otherwise I am looking forward to bake more cakes from this book.

It has creative combinations but as much as i read through it I didn't get inspiration to bake from it, it wasn't appealing it did have pictures on almost all recipes the steps are simple for the most part mostly cheesecakes I was looking more for cakes and pastries the book is not for me but I would recommend it if you love. Chesecake

The cakes are beautiful and creative. I am only disappointed that the author’s website recommends a 9 or 10 in springform pan which I bought, and the book only has recipes for an 8 in cake. I’ll have to buy another size or scale the recipe.

If you want the best book on cheeses cake , stop here the rest cannot compete , it is awesome , wow everyone with cheese cake , so many layers of goodness ! !
