I have almost 3 years using this high chair. Today after I fed my youngest, and while cleaning it, I thought of writing a review, as I’m really happy with the product and I think others should know about it. I was skeptical in the beginning. Back then it was priced at $299.00 and for me it seemed a bit much for an item that I’ll use maybe a year. I bought it for my youngest child who at the time was 6-7 months old. I also bought it because I needed something stylish and modern to complement my interior design in my condo. Since it was so expensive and my son only used it for 8-9months before he wanted to sit at the dinner table in the same kind of chair that mom and dad were sitting, we decided to have more kids so we can get more usage out of it. (We now have 3 kids total and we moved to a house. The 3rd child just started using this high chair and she’s very happy sitting in it) the nice thing about it is that you can adjust the height of the chair and you can also adjust the distance between the back of the seat and the table top. This allows me to use it both for my oldest child that is 3.5 yo and at the push of a couple buttons we can use it for my youngest one who’s 6 month old. The quality of the product is amazing. As I said, this is out 3rd child and there are no signs of this high chair coming apart. The picture I posted is the chair almost 3 years in usage. You can see some of the white branding that is fading, but that does not affect the functionality. One thing that I did is to remove the safety straps. We never used them as the kids cannot get out of the chair with the table top on. I guess they’re good if you’re using the high chair and have the kids eat at the dinner table rather than the chair’s table top. Those straps also make it really hard to remove the seat cushion if you need to deep clean it. I really didn’t see the need for them as we never leave the kids in the chair unsupervised. I guess it’s a liability issue for the manufacturer or maybe there might be a law that requires them to have them on, but I’ll repeat myself and I’ll say that I have not seen the need for them.(please do not take the straps off you’re not supervising the kids 100% of the time, I don’t want your kids to fall from the seat and then you to blame me 😝). The surfaces are easy to clean with just warm water and some dish detergent. The magnetic table top works great with the magnetic 4moms kids plates and bowls specially when the baby is still small and likes to play and push things off the table. The table also has a removable top. This makes it even easier to clean since you don’t have to clean the whole table top that is bulkier and you can just take the removable top to the kitchen sink and wipe it off. The chair’s design also allows my kids to climb in by themselves when the table top is removed. I just remove the table top and tell my child that the food is ready and they get in the chair immediately, all I have to do is snap the table top in place and voila.Overall, if you just had your first kid and you plan on having more, I highly recommend investing in this high chair because unlike other cheaper options, this one will last a long time and in my case it is safe to use 3 years later and no signs of the chair getting anywhere near the end of its useful life(I’ve seen some other brands cheap plastic high chairs cracked after a few month of use, not the case with this one) I think if you want to have only one baby, the price point might be a bit steep (I’ve noticed the price increased to over $500) and it’s not worth it.
