This stuff is amazing! I use it as a meal substitute and all the protein really eliminates any hunger. I’ve learned that I’ve really been eating WAY too much and don’t need NEAR the calories I was consuming. Losing weight is so much easier having this in my fridge and turning to it instead of food for meals that aren’t really all that important. I enjoy eating with my family in the evenings so that’s where I’d rather allocate more of my calories. Grabbing these makes it so easy to enjoy in the car and I actually enjoy the extra time it affords me because I don’t have to think about preparing or eating food during the day. I’m actually getting more done because I have more time- seriously, I didn’t realize how much of my time was spent preparing and eating, and it’s pre-portioned so I only eat what my body needs. I actually feel better not being so full all the time. I actually lost 30 pounds very effortlessly within 4 or so months and have kept it off easily continuing to use these. They also have two chocolate flavors to satisfy your sweet cravings that also provide tons of protein to ward off hunger.

We love the taste not too tart and not overly sweet - great balance. My 4-year-old loves them too! As a long-time SmashPack consumer, we're loving the new thinner consistency (slightly thicker than apple sauce) easy to eat, and satisfying without making you feel bloated. It's not at all chalky tasting which one might expect from 14 grams of protein.

Crossfit, Martial Arts, Tennis, Skiing, Basket Ball.. or just on-the-go - SmashPack is the answer for high-intensity workouts and energy packed snacks! SmashPack is an awesome mid work-out snack because of it's easy to handle form factor (eat what you want and close the lid) as well as being easily digested. I choose SmashPack over Cliff or Powerbars when I'm on the tennis court for that reason; you're satisfied and can be quick on your feet without feeling bloated. Also, you don't have to worry about ants crawling all over your food because it has a resealable lid. Simply genius!

I am an avid long distance biker and started using SmashPack's after being introduced to them by a friend I ride with. To sum it up, I love these things! To start with, natural ingredients. I know quite a few people who make their own "mix" to use while they ride as they do not want all of the artificial ingredients and sugar. This takes care of that. The flavors are great. Even my wife likes them and she has not liked most of the Gu's and Gels I have used before. The ability to take some and then put the cap on and put it back in my jersey is great. No more going home with a sticky mess of used get packs in my jersey's pockets or throwing one away because I did not use it all. I just screw on the cap and finish it later in the ride or put it in the refrigerator when I get home. Again, great product and one I will continue to use and recommend to others.

I could not possibly imagine any thing composed of chocolate and peanut butter tasting bad, but this stuff takes the cake and I am far from being a picky eater. Don't waste your money like I did, all I can say -o- it has a spam after taste. Didn't believe it when I read it in the reviews, but it damn sure does taste like spam. I have not yet tried the smoothie so all fairness can't say one way or other. There are far better items like Millennium Energy bars -just read the reviews, been using for three years. Great item Millennium Energy Bars. Only way to keep good products honest it tell it like it is - this stuff sucks big time.

They look so beautiful and appetizing! But...

I bought them for my athletic son to have it on the go before his practices. My son tried one and he didn’t like it. So I tried them. One of them was a bit too sour for my taste. Another, the one with coconut, must have been in the sun/heat during storage/delivery. It had a really bad stale smell that I almost threw up. Won’t buy them again.

I absolutely love this product! I came across smashpacks somehow on amazon, and decided to give it a try and it’s awesome!
I’ve previously tried the protein shakes and different things, but never quite found something I really liked and wanted to keep up with. Also I am a workaholic and making a smoothie every morning is not always an option for a gogogo job. With your product I have kept up with it for several weeks now and am 9 pounds down!
All that have tried different protein shakes and supplements know what I’m talking about when I say they usually have that weird taste and it’s just hard to get into them because they really don’t taste great. These have NO weird protein test! I guarantee it! Mixed berry is def my favorite and orange peach second favorite! I’ve had My coworkers try them and all have been surprised by how great they taste!
If you’re looking to change your diet but just can’t find something you actually like the taste of I recommend trying these! I still have my morning cup of coffee and then I eat a Smashpack once I’m in my office. It’s so filling by lunch you’re hungry but it’s a different kind of hunger because your body isn’t craving the carbs because you’ve had a great source of protein. At night we all know we get a craving for a snack, my guilty pleasure is ice cream or gelato. Instead now what I do is pop open a smashpack (you can even squeeze it into a little bowl and freeze it or cool it down for a bit) it’s just like having your favorite gelato or fruity ice cream treat, and your snack cravings are gone!!

LOVE IT! Give this product a try I tell you it is worth it!
