Loved Tory & Ethan. They make a great couple and the children were a joy to read about. It's all about life and love and what happens when you're trying to do the best you can. Ethan has a divorce looming and two adorable children to look after. He has a horse ranch that requires him to work hard and long hours. Ethan's brother and mother are there to lend a helping hand.
Besides his children he has little to be happy about. Until Tori. She adds so much to his and to his children's lives. There is a happy ending but they all have to go through all the hoo haa to reach it.

Tori is the little sister of his friends from up the road. Their first meeting doesn't go well but could she be just what he needs in more ways than one.

I really liked this book & am off to download Shameless! Highly recommended

Secondly, I want to ask Lex not to take too long in releasing a book! It’s been ages since I read a book of hers and I really miss her writing! No wonder, when the arc landed on my kindle, I immediately dived in and devoured her book like it’s my last meal!

Reckless was everything I look forward to a book by hers! It’s funny, genuine, lighthearted and really entertaining! With all the angsty books left and right, it’s definitely like an oasis in the middle of a desert.

Tori, who is Kat’s sister from the book Shameless, has a playful nature and I love that about her. She’s good with kids and I love that she cares for her sister so much that she will do anything for her to be near her.

Ethan is a single dad that is undergoing a really bad divorce. I love that he’s a responsible dad and that he loves his kids so much, he’s willing to do anything for them so he can save the ranch, the source of their income, which was left by his dad.

If this book is a meal, it’s sumptuous enough to be a feast. It has all the flavorful and delicious food for the book-hungry.

I was thrilled that Lex Martin was releasing Tori's story and boy did she ever deliver.

Tori has been burned bad, really bad from her last relationship and has put herself on a break from men. This one hit her hard and tore down all her belief in happy ever after. When she meets a potential boss in the hot and sexy cowboy, Ethan Carter she knows she has to make sure lines don`t get blurred.

"This is completely unacceptable. I can’t like a man, especially this man. I will not be charmed by Ethan Carter or his big blue eyes and rough edges."

Ethan is in the middle of a nasty divorce and all he need is someone to take care of his two children and to help out a little around the house. The last thing he needs is a hot nanny to mess with his head.

"As I’m walking my mom out, I pause in the doorway to look at my kids, who are playing with Tori like nothing happened. Only one thought comes to mind—thank God she’s here."

These two together are all kinds of amazing. You desperately want them to get their HEA but there may only be so many obstacles they can face before they throw in the towel. But when you find someone who completes you, that makes you feel like there's more, you just want to hang in for the long ride and see where it takes you.
