Editorial Reviews

Review

Aria Grace has quickly become one of my favorite authors. I loved Trey when he showed up in My Name Is Luka and was so glad that we get to read his story. Aria's stories are always full of adventure and romance. Will/Chuck is forced to run away from a bad situation and meets Trey; Trey wishes he could have someone in his life, but is too busy to let romance in. Following this adventure was a lot of fun. I cannot wait for the next one! -- Charles Young, Blogger

An interesting change in dynamics but still a beautiful story. From a terrible (non) relationship to escaping to eventually settle in with one of tge team from this wonderful series - but found it interesting how he continued using his 'new' name!

I really like this series, was very excited about Trey's story. I just felt it ended too short. It should have been more written about the couple and their relationship. It took a minute for them to finally meet and then everything went rushing like a roller coaster and then the story ended.

This was an excellent book and good story of love. So far, this is the best book i've read of this series. I really liked this book and found the story is well written and it's even proof read to correct any mis-spelled or wrong words (or mis-pasted words by spell check).
However, as with all of Aria Grace's books, I can do without the 2, 3 or more graphic and detailed sex scenes. If I wanted to read PORN I'd find other kinds of books! Also, the books in this series aren't that thick, only 240 pages, so I'm glad their only around 10 bucks. I'd be pissed if I spent 15 dollars for a novel I find online and get a little more than a short story.
But for the story alone i still give the book 5 stars.

I love this series and the characters but this book disappointed me. It was too short. There was no character development and no real relationship development between the two. When I reached the end I was left wanting more but not in a good way. I fully intend to buy the next book in the series. I truly hope that this was a fluke and the next one is on par with the rest.

Chuck and Trey! Oh my, I was sucked in at the beginning and love hearing both characters point of view. Kept me reading until the book was done. Drama, suspense, hot scenes, men! Awesome book Aria!

Just a short story between chuck and trey. He didnt even get the chance to tell trey his real name but oh well.

When you first met Trey (very briefly in Best Chance) you felt kinda sorry for him, he was a bit dorky with an unrequited crush on Vince, then in the next book he proved himself when he went above and beyond to help Brad & Luka out of trouble in My Name is Luka so I was really psyched that he got his own book 'cause he really is a sweetie of note. He and Chuck are really good together but, as is the same in real life, two people naturally come together with a fair amount of baggage in tow and it is always interesting to see how they incorporate that into their lives and the work arounds they come up with to deal with the every day nitty gritty of life. Their chemistry is definitely not in dispute as they were pretty combustible and I really loved their story.

I am voluntarily reviewing a free copy of this book that I received directly from the author.

Wow. This story was supposedly about Trey and Will/Chuck in the 'more than friends' series. I read quite a bit and this series, while fun, is definitely light and sometimes the author skims over details and plot lines, which I have been willing to forgive. Until now. This latest addition is something I cannot recommend. Look at my review history and see that I do not do this lightly. It was contrived and rushed. Where was the character and relationship development? Where was the editor? I was so disappointed. Honestly, I clicked to the last page and thought "you have got to be kidding me." Like many readers I often identify in someway with the characters I read about and boy do I feel sorry for these guys, they were short changed.

This story was good but I didn't feel the emotions in it like I have in the others. Plus it just seemed to end abruptly, plus Trey was still calling him Chuck in the end instead of his real name. But all in all it was still a very pleasant read!
