From the manufacturer
“Giving up gluten doesn’t mean giving up on the foods you’ve always loved.” – Thomas Keller
Cup4Cup’s story began in 2010 at Thomas Keller’s lauded restaurant, The French Laundry. It was here that Chefs developed a gluten-free Cornet of Salmon Tartare in response to diners who didn’t want to miss out on this menu highlight. The gluten-free cornet tasted just like the original recipe. This culinary creation was a turning point.
The result of the kitchen experiment yielded Cup4Cup—the 1:1 gluten-free flour that eliminated complicated conversions and delivered premium taste, texture and performance. Just as its name suggests, Cup4Cup replaces traditional all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour in any recipe, cup-for-cup and gram-for-gram.
Cup4Cup also provides easy-to-use baking mixes that deliver the same consistency and texture of regular flour. Customers can utilize our library of sweet and savory recipes developed by chefs for the growing gluten-free community, their friends and families.

So, if you're into gluten-free goodness or just want a reliable flour for your family, Cup4Cup is the way to go. Your taste buds will thank you!
The only problem I had with this is that it Did Not Arrive!! Amazon showed a picture of the box on my porch and sure enough I got the box, but the 4 two-pound packages of Cup 4 Cup Flour were Not in it.
Amazon was great and I got my flour the next day, as they expedited my shipment. I told them that all they needed to do was check the SHIPPING WEIGHT and they would see that my box would have been 8 to 10 pounds Lighter than it should have been.
What is hilarious is that CHAT told me I could KEEP or THROW AWAY the product! WHAT PRODUCT?? They never sent it! After reading through the reviews, I saw that some people that ordered the 4 packages, like I did were charged for 4, but only received 1.
My advice. If you're ordering this, Do Not order other items! Only order this. Somehow, they are getting messed up, when they send out these multiple item shipments. It's best to just order it by itself. I had other items delivered. If I'd only ordered the Cup 4 Cup, I might have gotten it. Thank you for reading my review.

However the results are worth it as we can eat gf scones, bread loaves( make toast!) bread buns, Naans,
Focaccia, biscuits, pizza base that are as good as the non gf ones I make.
Life saver. Everyone can eat the “same” meals with enjoyment.
The best one on the market
