Customers are mixed about the noise level of the video card. Some mention that it outperforms them, is much quieter, draws less power, and bypasses, while others say that the noise is unbearable. The pump also makes a faint humming, but it's only a small price to pay for piping the heat off. The stock cooler is decent, but can get louder when temps climb up. Overall, the noise levels are not meant for optimal sound quality, and it'd be best to keep in mind that this card is not meant to produce optimal sound.

This is an absolute beast of a card. I only play at 1920x1080 with a 60hz monitor, this card is total overkill for that. Actually this card is overkill in general, it's overclocked to like 1950mhz and it runs ridiculously cool and quiet. There's not just a good backing plate but a solid case around the whole thing. It feels really sturdy and even though it's heavy it doesn't sag when it's installed in the case and the case is standing.
There are plenty of sites you can look at for actual test results and performance data, just google it. Basically this is the fastest card you can get besides the Titan which only gets you like 15% more FPS but costs almost 50% more.
To cool the radiator we're provided just one wire with a 3 pin plug. You can set a custom fan curve through some very nice EVGA software. With only one fan it can either run cool or run quiet but not both. It's quieter than my old card but not as quiet as I expected considering the watercooling and whatnot. Maybe you could find an adapter to hook up two 3 pin fans of your choice and they could still be controlled by the card. (2 working together wouldn't have to run as fast. Slower is quieter) I replaced mine with two 2000 rpm Noctua PWM fans that are controlled based on the motherboard temperature. The fans stay pretty quiet most of the time and the card never gets much hotter than 50c.
Beware that this thing is HUGE. It hangs over my SATA connectors along the edge of the motherboard, actually touching them. Because of that it was hard to push the card down into the PCI slot and lock it in. That seems like a pretty obvious design flaw but the card is already so big they couldn't have made it any taller. The hoses coming off the top of the card already get kinda squished when I put the side panel on my case.
Some reviewers complain about pump noise. To prevent that, with any of these all-in-one type watercooling systems you want the radiator above the pump, with the hoses at the bottom of the radiator. That way any air bubbles will get trapped at the top of the radiator and stay there. If you mount it wrong you could get noisy air bubbles in your pump. I'm not saying everyone with a noisy pump did something wrong but that might help.
I installed the card with no hassle. I was a bit surprised with the quality of the metal plate of the card on the back of it. It was either bent or I bent it while installing, it is surprisingly soft for a component of this quality. I just bent it back to the correct shape and it's all good.
I threw several benchmarks at it, temps stayed normal. Uningine Valley gave me about 200 FPS with Ultra settings, GPU never went over 83c. 120 FPS with full rain and clouds. Not bad, this is what's expected for this card.
Ran F1 2018, MS Flight Simulator, X-Plane 11 and a couple more games. All played with no issues, decent FPS and normal in-game temps.
I also kept the computer awake for some time to check idle temps. The card stays at 32c at idle with the computer awake. I realized I accidentally left a chrome window open with a YouTube video playing on it and still got good idle temps.
This is what a recently bought graphics card should be. Seems ready to stand the test of time. We'll see.
10/10 would recommend seller.
8/10 would recommend card. I would give it 10, but if they cheaped out on the metal plate by the ports, I wonder what else they might have cheaped out on. I didn't expect that from EVGA, unless the plate was replaced after market.
+ Best high performance card on the market for the price (as of 2017).
+ 50FPS to 60FPS average in 2160p ultra settings. (Game dependent. On one monitor.)
+ 70FPS to 80FPS average in 2160p ultra settings in SLI. (Again, game dependent. On one monitor.)
+ 150+ FPS in 1440p or 190+ FPS in 1080p in ultra settings. (Pretty much any game! On one monitor.)
+ 30% better performance then its GTX1080 predecessor.
+ Backed by EVGA. Excellent build quality and one of the best customer service!
Cons:
- Expensive!
- SLI is subject to law of diminishing returns.
- Side exhaust heat sink will vent heat into case.
Overall:
The performance of this card is outstanding! One of these things will mow through any game at 1080p around +200FPS. Even 1440p is no sweat for this card with an average of 150+ FPS..
Only when you play at 2160p, you will see the frame rate drop down out of the triple digits! Even then you will still see 50 to 60FPS average and that is running in ultra settings.
However, as stated above, SLI is subject to law of diminishing returns.
I run two of these in SLI and most games will net you a 20% to 30% FPS increase on average.
In some games, you can get 0 performance boost over a single card and in some other rare situations, you can get worse frame rate in SLI then just running a single card. Game dependent.
The only other thing is these cards have side exhaust so it will pump heat into your case. With good air cooling, you should run these in the 80 degree Celsius range. However, I had to have the side of my computer off to maintain that temperature.
All-in-all, these cards are awesome and I don't have problems in 4K. I would definitely recommend.

Temperature wizt 57 Grad Celsius extreme low on both cards. perfect.
