My new gaming office chair
I just recently purchased this chair after lots of research and literally years sitting in old reclaimed Goodwill office chairs lol, I've only used it a couple days but so far I like it. I had to remove the included Lumbar support as all it did was keep pushing me out the front of the chair, and with it in place I could never get comfortable, maybe it's just me but I have never been a fan of included lumbar supports whether it was a car seat or anything else they just aren't comfortable. But once I removed it NOW ! the seat feels wonderful! It's nice and firm but not too firm if you know what I mean, I think I will really come to enjoy this chair. It came packaged well I'm very impressed with the quality of the leather and the stitching and just the overall appearance is very nice. I saw chairs like this all the way up to $600 but I would never spend that much money on a chair, for what this chair cost I think you get a real quality item I'm happy so far and will update this review after I've had the chair for a couple of months, hope this helps someone researching as I was for a new chair to complement my new gaming computer setup that is almost ready to use , I don't think you can go wrong and it comes in just about any color a person could want. I also love the easily adjusted armrests they are a very nice feature and are really comfortable for me.Update: After sitting in this for about a month and a half, I still really like it. I started having a left leg problem the first couple of weeks as the seat is just a tad firm for me, but that finally went away so maybe Im getting used to it. I dont use the lumbar support as it was just uncomfortable to me, but the chair is great. Seems high quality and I like it for my flight sim chair. Go for it.3 Month Update. !!! Well, I wish I could add something positive but after using for 3 months now, the seat firmness is just driving me bonkers. I am unable to ever get comfortable sitting in the chair for any period of time. It is so firm that my left leg is really bothering me and I now am going to purchase a temper pedic like memory foam seat cushion from bed bath and beyond to try and see if this on top of the damn seat will make this chair comfortable now. I really like everything else about it, but the seat firmness is just killing me. Wish it wasn't but it is, so im going to try a memory foam cushion. Wish me luck!! I will add another update down the road. Really like the chair its just not comfortable for me and my legs just ache after being in it and I constantly squirm to get comfortable but cant.

I ordered this in late January 2020, & it's looks as though more of the smaller parts for the chair are now pre-assembled, contrary to the enclosed guide's instructions, so don't let that confuse you, just be grateful that some extra work has already been done for you, & overall assembly is quite easy.
My only quibble would be the that the armrests are a bit shaky, so besides the best tightening that can be done, I suggest one only uses them for their main purpose, not for too much heavy leverage in getting up from the chair for support .
Otherwise being 5'7", from the first moment I sat in this chair post-assembly, I've honestly felt nothing but complete comfort, including the provided lumbar support, almost as if it had been broken in just for ME!

There was no warning before it went, no gradual tilt, no looseness, nothing. The metal, as you can see in the picture, just up and failed.
Had it for 2 years, before it failed in spectacular fashion

It was great for the 2 years I had it, but it got really squeaky, which I didn't mind since I use noise cancelling headphones, but just today, the chair failed in a way that caused me to fall forward and slam my face against my solid wood desk, causing a bloody nose.Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2022
