I’m not a powerlifter or bodybuilder. I train predominantly with bodyweight, kettlebells, and heavy clubs.
After having trouble making progress in strength despite a good nutrition and rest, I switched from my usual True Nutrition protein to this. After going through one bag, I have seen a marked difference in muscle gain. The taste is great and mixes better than the other protein I was using, which would turn frothy when either shaking or blending it. This powder doesn’t do that.
The only drawback to me is the marketing. It’s so asinine and cartoony with it’s over the top teenage testosterone-charged font and design with every model in their ads looking like characters from the MCU. In fact when I first learned about this powder I passed on it because of the marketing. To me to reeked of the typical type of hyped marketing that’s common among fitness nutrition companies. But when I saw the results from one athlete I follow, it was enough to get me to try it.
The price point is also competitive too. There’s a slew if other protein powders that contain less nutritional value and cost more than double.
In the end I learned that this proverbial book is leaps and bounds better than its cover.

My husband liked it
So when it comes to my husband and his protein powder and anything health oriented he’s a pain in the butt. So when I researched this protons powder I told him and he was talking a lot of smack about the flavor not being what he would expect it blah blah blah the gains might not be the same blah blah blah anyway long story short he fell in love and this has been the only thing keeping him going since January of this year.

This has to be one of the best bulk powders I've tried, and I've tried many brands like Six Star, Muscletech, etc etc. First of all, the value for money is amazing. 4 scoops a day (semi-inconsistently) for about two months now, and I've barely noticed the dent I've made in the bag.
Let's talk flavor and mixability. I blend 4 scoops with water, and while some of the powder becomes hydrophobic, nothing a spoon can't fix. 4 scoops (not packed, shaken until level) mixes extremely well with water and produces a nice, consistent and smooth shake. I was a bit skeptical of the plain chocolate flavor, but this is honestly one of the better ones I've tried. Not too sweet, and barely tastes like a protein mix at all. They did a great job with this one.
How about results? I've put on about 10-15lbs of lean mass in about 3 months of consistently working out. I didn't use the powder to bulk, but rather after workouts since I'm a skinny white boy and I figured I could use any weight I could get. I've gained quite a lot of size, it's very noticeable; I looked terrible before. Now I've got some biceps, gills and some tris starting to develop.
Not being voodoo and chalking it all up to the powder but it has certainly helped me gain and maintain the weight. Very good stuff. For the price tag, and 15 POUNDS of the stuff, you really can't go wrong.

Mixes okay if you add enough liquid, tastes okay but I'm not a big chocolate fan, price more than makes up for it.
I will probably split 1 serving into two because a full serving is just to much right now, I can feel it sat in my stomach getting broke down into goodness for my body to use.
I got this on offer which rounds up to be about £2.20 per serving. Good value in my opinion is £1 per 25g of protein. And this goes beyond that with the carbs included.
