I am a triathlete and need a good recovery drink. I was using BPI, but after tasting the Alpha Amino, I was hooked. I tend to water it down as it tends to be a little sweet (16oz of water). I drink it during and after my workouts and with the energy, it gives me a nice boost. I like the Fruit Punch taste and would recommend.

Taste wise is pretty good (8.5/10) compared to BCAAs from Scivation and ON. However, I don't feel the energy as advertised, got better performance from ON Amino Energy but I think it just varies from person to person. But it still keeps me focused and awake during training. Good product if you get it at a low price (22$)
