Received this cookbook from a friend as a gift! I have made 3 or 4 recipes from No-Bake Treats cookbook and have enjoyed them ALL! Recently, I made the Blackberry White Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake and so far that has been my favorite! Tastes like a Cheesecake Factory cheesecake...bliss!! Made the cheesecake to take to a family function and everyone pounced on it!!Recipes all have several steps, but the the recipes are easy to follow. So I would say this cookbook is more for the baker who wants a little bit of a challenge without being overwhelmed. And the recipes deliver as far as delicious taste and that WOW factor you hope to get for special occasions.Definitely the perfect cookbook to give to your baker friend...or to buy for yourself!:)

Absolutely some GREAT recipes. Photographs are amazing!!! Only complaint is the small print but that seems to be a common complaint by me! Really is a book worth owning!

I am absolutely in love with this cookbook!! Living in Phoenix, AZ where summer temperatures can reach 115° F. the less I turn the oven on, the better. Julianne's cookbook has a variety of recipes that will appeal to everyone. Whether you're a chocolate, lemon, mint or fruit lover there are recipes for you plus so much more. Each recipe has a gorgeous photo to go along with it making it even more difficult to decide which to make first.
I made the Hot Mess Nutella Snickers Cheesecake and it was phenomenal! My family loved the combination of the Oreo crust, Nutella filling, salted caramel, Snickers, peanut and whipped cream. It's definitely a dessert we won't soon forget!
Julianne's recipes are easy to follow, and I love that she's also included a tips and tool section. From the crust to the whipped cream to the garnish, she'll make sure that you're using and preparing the ingredients the right way to make your dessert perfect.
This is one cookbook I know that I'll be using over and over again. I've been excited to share it with others because I know they'll love it just as much as I do!

Great book! We have made the brownie cheesecake and it was delicious! Even better the second day! Nothing complicated and no oven! Great format too. I will say not great on the binding, but that's not that big of a deal to me.Nice addition to my collection!

Super fun variety of recipes. Got an extra copy for my daughter, who loves it as much as we do. Great for unique and easy dessert ideas.

Lots of really easy recipes that are easy, yummy and reasonably quick to make. Nice photos and clear instructions. This will be great for summer or those times when you just don't feel like turning on the oven to make a beautiful dessert.

Love this book! Mousse Bombs were the first thing I made and they turned out amazingly! You will need a mixer for some of the recipes so keep that in mind or else you'll have to whip your own cream

So far.. I’ve tried 3 recipes: Strawberry parfait, coconut lime truffles, & the coconut cream pie parfait. All were easy & directions are precise..

I like things to be sweet, but not feel like you’re eating sugar from a jar. The strawberry parfait was a perfect balance. The coconut lime were just a little too sweet, but still delicious. The coconut cream pie parfait was literally eating sugar from a jar- wayyyyyy too darn sweet. It would have been perfect if the sugar is just tone down by a lot.. But if it wasn’t too overwhelmingly sweet, the flavor & taste itself would’ve been delicious.

Also, I was thinking that “no bake” would mean faster finish product. I was highly wrong. A lot of these require cooking on the stove, whipping/wisking with machine, & then cool down in the fridge overnight or a couple of hours..

I will update as I try more recipes from the book.

12/27/18 I made the blackberry cheesecake truffle & I came to conclusion that majority of this book will be too sweet... I will make sure to tone down all sugars in the future & hope for the best, but this is just diabetes waiting to happen.
