For some time now I've been eager to venture out into the Paranormal Romance world and i finally got myself to start a book and actually stick with it and I'm so glad i chose Rebecca Scarlett's 'Vein Of Love".
This debut novel came our late August if I'm correct (forgive me if I'm wrong) and I've seen most of my book friends reading it and loving it! ,at a glance the gorgeous cover captures your attention immediately and with that blurb i kind of just had to.
Set in modern day New York ,Vein of Love tells the story of Molly Darling and Tensley Knight.Molly Darling isn't like regular people whilst growing up she's always stood out from the crowd having feeling not like other children Molly is shy and reserved but not naive shes smart and has her head in the game she knows what she wants.Shes the complete opposite of Tensley Knight whose dark and dangerous.
Tensley has come to collect something promised 300+ years ago after centuries of waiting its time to collect and for Molly's family to give what was promised all those years ago.

Being my first PNR book i enjoyed it more than i expected it too , i found it rather unique and original.
Whilst reading i couldn't help my gush to my bestie who needed to read this ASAP! because hello TENSLEY KNIGHT possibly one of the hottest demons i'd ever have the pleasure of reading about ,the sexual tension in this book is craaaazzy GET ON WITH IT COME ON! yeaaah just picture me screaming that.
You don’t want to tempt me, sweetheart. I might just find a use for that smart mouth of yours.”
Honestly for a debuet novel R Scarlett blew my mind away one would honestly never say! Im definetly glad i found a new author.
Why not 5 stars? well for me up until 40% i found the storyline to be slow ,dragging almost but other than that i loved this book and i cannot wait for Book Two!

Once again I have to admit that prior to this book and another recent read I had been on a paranormal romance hiatus. Well I think my hiatus has officially morphed into a relit obsession, because give me all the PARANORMAL. Vein of love is extremely well written and really draws you into the story of Molly and Tensley.This story has just the right amount of angst to make it interesting without being irritating. The side characters are interesting and add to the story with their personalities. There is a cliff hanger, but it isn't overly dramatic. I did feel like I spent most of this book DYING for the main couple to FINALLY just admit they like each other, but it eventually pays off and we get some hot naughty bits. I actually like the fact that you can't tell who the love interests will be for a bit. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but it made it interesting for the will they won't they. I loved the back story and why the betrothal was going on, I also loved that there were real reasons why Tensley didn't want to get too close to Molly. My only complaint is JUST MARK HER already!! If not for safety reasons just because I know when it happens it's going to be HOT! Come onnnnnnnnnnnnn, you're a demon.
