I only cut holes for two outlets, and it certainly is sharp enough to cut many more. I'll happily hang this saw in the tool shed for any future wall carving projects.
However, the saw tends to flex more than I'd like when jabbing through drywall, and I actually bent the blade a little, which causes it to bind when cutting drywall sheets now.
I also tried to use the knife to cut some cutouts in a stud I needed to fit an electrical box into, and it was a less than successful exercise.
Bottom line - if you're cutting sheets in preparation for hanging, this is your saw. If you're looking for a jab saw, you might consider some other options.
The grip is nice, the blades are sharp and the pointed tip did help to make the first incision. I can't compare this saw to any other, but for me it did what it needed to do perfectly.
Mine is holding up very well after a couple months of grubbing in the gravel. I just bought a second one for backup
