Seller is perfect, and is not to blame for my poor rating of this product. This particular item is created in such a way that it leaves a seam edge on two 'sides' that is noticable and easily trimmed with a razor, but still; left untouched or trimmed, it us irritating. On to the material; it is terrible for this kind of product because it is like a tire on the road...it has a lot of 'grip' that lube has a very small window of usefulness on before reapplication is needed, and even then it never 'Glides' through, it hurts every time. My advice, go with a harder material and known craftsmanship, spend the money of a better product this seller probably has in stock!
