I know this book and I really like it it was fun to hear this point of you on an audiobook

Okay, so this is my second series by Christina Lauren, and once again I'm hooked. Honestly, I've never really been interested/attracted to French men, as far as I knew. But Ansel, well, I want my own Ansel. This narrator was good, although she was one of those that did read kind of slow at times. This story had me at only Chapter 4 where I didn't want to get out of the car and stop listening because it was soooo good! I had an idea what the issue was going to be for the two of them, beyond the whole part that he was going back to France. I knew that the friend Perry would definitely be the issue. Especially the way it was all really generic the way Ansel talked about Perry. But now I want a foreign man who will give me a sweet nickname that is a word in their language. As with the other books in the Beautiful Bastard series, the sex was totally hot! I totally loved this book, and can't wait to read the rest.

I've never actually read this series but this book made me immediately add it to my list. Such a refreshing male point of view in the romance genre that had me swooning over the endearingly genuine way he talks about his love interest.

Cute book! not my favorite from the series, but it was a cute addition. I do wish it was on hard copy to have the entire set, since I don't like listening to novels on my audible. But I had to. I like how Ansel talks about his point of view of falling in love with Mia.

AudioBook Review:
Stars: Overall 4 Narration 5 Story 4
Sweet Filthy Morning After, a quick and short perspective view from Ansel, on the night after his meeting and marrying Mia in Sweet Filthy Boy. At just 30 minutes, it’s a nice filler story to refresh the events from book one, and lead into the next installment
Told from Ansel’s perspective, the condensed version of the “last fling’ after college for Mia and her friends is a wonderful story: we see Ansel’s thoughts on life when he wakes up in the morning.
No walk of shame here, Ansel is surprisingly calm and focused: with a wonderful sense of humor and a unique body awareness that he displays with a bad French accent. As we follow his thoughts as he shares a morning with Mia – this is a strictly 18+ story for content and steam factors, and it gives those little moments of “more’ that were not included in the first book.
Narration from Jason Carpenter is wonderful: his voice is well suited to narration, and his ability to use accents, pauses and a smile to enhance the story, even in just 30 minutes is well worth the listen. I would suggest that you take these books in order – they are fun, easy to follow with characters that will feel familiar and plausible.
I received an AudioBook copy of the title from Simon and Schuster Audio for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.

This is about a 30 minute story from Ansel's perspective. You already know exactly what happened from the real book, and there is absolutely nothing new or interesting in this "book." Pretty lame. It wasn't expensive (fortunately), but it's not even worth 99 cents.

Loved this. Best voice ever!

Sweet Filthy Morning After by the wonderful writing duo Christina Lauren, is an audio only telling of the infamous morning after we have already seen from Mia's perspective in Sweet Filthy Boy. This time, however, we get the delicious voice of Ansel and his POV. YUMMY!!!
This brief insight into Ansel's mind just solidifies the fact that we already knew... He's a genuinely good guy that we can't help falling for.
I'd like to hear more from this narrator, especially if he's going to be huskily purring away with his French accent. Bon Appetite ladies, You'll love this!
