So tired of complaining to support
Every month I spend over $350 on their drinks for personal use. Extremely costly and I should be treated like a king. However they insist on not taking customer feedback seriously.1) always delivered and left in the sun with no delivery alerts2) multiple boxes never arrive on same day....so multiple days stressed to watch for their random delivery and rush it in before in the sun or heavy Florida rain3) the preforation on your 12 pack boxes create a huge flaw as you can see boxes no longer serve the purpose of well A BOX!!!! SEE IMAGE4) If they can only preforate the overly plastic wrapper on each individual bottle 1/2 as good as the unneeeded preforation on the boxes "secure packaging" **see image, then perhaps you dont need to drink a bottle of muscle milk in order to open iconic, and the need for a knife or utensil to open it will be ceased.5) I will be writing whole foods and warning them of this vendors poor practices and customer service. Perhaps it needs to be pulled based on my experience and the many others in the thread, in order for the company to take its bread and butter seriously.6) more on the plastic.... well i n our world when we want to get rid of plstic it just seems your product is excessively plastic... the wrappers are appauling, create a mess on any table near me when I open them, they leave sharp edges if you dont PEEL the plastic wrapper far enough down the neck.7) well, I ordered chocolate for first time in while off of amazon (I usually order from their website)... the shakes have 6 months shelf remaining but are quite clumpy no matter how much I shake this batch.8) Iconic, I still have a lot of love for your product... please hear these warnings. Your future depends upon it. I have 35 years marketing experience; my words are not fluff. I literally found myself looking at other brands just this past week.
