The first thing I noticed when I got these shoes is the platform under the toes is slightly curved upward. Never seen this on a platform before and whoever came up with this is an absolute genius! The curved toe allows you to walk in a natural rocking motion without the shoe sliding off at the heel with each step, as I've experienced with many other pairs of platform heels I have. The fit is true to size and comfy overall as long as you won't be actively walking for hours on end without a place to sit for a bit. These are going to stay in my closet for a long time to come!

I ordered these shoes pink (the actual color of the shoe was true to the color shown online), 7.5 (my shoe size) on 3/3/14; standard shipping. I got them on 3/7/14 and was really happy b/c I needed to wear them on 3/8/14. A plus, was they came sooner than the week and half expected delivery date. I have narrow feet and the 7.5, which, as I said, is my actual shoe size, was about a half size too big. I would RECOMMEND purchasing these shoes a half size smaller then your ACTUAL shoe size. So in my case, with narrow feet- I would have ordered a 7 if I were to order all over again. The shoes do come with an extra set of heal tips, in case you wear the ones on the shoes out, that was a great plus. There are extra in sole shoe padding, but I didn't notice any difference when I put them in the shoes. The shoes do have a strong scent when you open the package and does linger for a couple of days and then goes away. It does not smell too strong, but if you are sensitive about any shoe odors, I recommend you buy these a week before you expect to wear them so they will air out and not have a scent. I read other reviews before I bought these and decided that I would order my actual shoe size because I figured if they were too big, I would buy heel in soles and padding. I didn't want to risk them not fitting at all. But as I said, I would buy a half size smaller if I were to order all over again. Even with the padding (which I put gel heal padding and gel in sole padding in them) and they were still too big. Even though they were big, I wore them to my function with moderate comfort. I didn't like the spacing you could see with them on though. :-( For an inexpensive shoe; I think these are a good buy. If it was a 7 I would keep them. But if any of my trendy friends can fit 7.5 (they'll most likely wear an 8), I will gladly pass them along. I would purchase from this company again b/c they were efficient in sending the shoes to me and the shoes are pretty cute. I would caution on the sizing because I don't think that they are true to size and I would caution if you are sensitive to the smell of "new shoes." (I hope this review was HELPFUL to those, who like me, actually use reviews in making a decision to purchase a product or not- no offense to the people who say that they love a product and that they are going to buy one in every color- we don't need your feelings about a product, but need an actual factual review). These shoes are great for the price. I've been searching for black suede closed toe pumps. Black, because it'll go with everything. Suede because it's more comfortable. And I simply didn't have any closed toe pumps in my collection. These are super cute. I usually have a problem with 5.5 being too small and 6 being too big. But these came with those little shoe stretchers so the 5.5 weren't too small at all. They feel really comfortable but I have yet to wear them for very long as they're super high.

I usually wear either a 6.5 or 7, so I ordered a 7, which turned out to be too big. I would’ve exchanged them for the 6.5, but even tho I don’t have wide feet, the toe area was very tight and painful. They are beautiful shoes, but sadly, I don’t think they’ll work for me. I’m returning them.😔
