Biografie degli artisti

English electronic dance musician Duke Dumont spins hypnotic house fit for clubs and festival stages alike. The Grammy-nominated DJ emerged in the 2000s, bolstered by hits "Need U (100%)," "Ocean Drive," and "I Got U," which all topped the U.S. dance charts and others across the globe. His debut studio effort, Duality, arrived in April 2020.

Born Adam George Dyment in Harrow England, he surfaced in 2006 with a buzzing, whip-cracking remix of Mekon's "Yes Yes Y'All." The London-based producer and DJ, inspired by "fidget house" figure Switch (M.I.A., Major Lazer), continued to increase his exposure through remixes for the likes of Late of the Pier ("Bathroom Gurgle"), Bat for Lashes ("Daniel"), and Lily Allen ("The Fear") prior to releasing his first DJ mix album, Fabriclive 51, in 2010. Dyment continued to be in demand as a remix producer -- in 2012 alone, he handled tracks by Bonobo, Santigold, and AlunaGeorge, among others -- but he also produced a hit of his own in March 2013 with the Grammy-nominated "Need U (100%)." Co-produced by Futtize and featuring vocals from A*M*E, the track, reminiscent of early-'90s crossover house, topped the U.K. pop chart. One year on, in March 2014, Dyment hit the U.K. number one spot once again, this time with the Whitney Houston-sampling track "I Got U." The Jax Jones-featuring track became his second to receive a Grammy nomination and was certified platinum in the U.K., Australia, and Italy. More well-received singles followed, including 2014's "Wont Look Back," 2015's "Ocean Drive," and 2017's "Real Life" featuring Gorgon City and Naations. In 2018, Dyment returned with the track "Inhale," featuring Ebenezer. The following year, he returned to the top of the U.S. dance chart with his sixth number one, "The Power" with Zak Abel. His seventh chart-topper, the '90s-house-indebted "Therapy," kicked off 2020. That April, he released his official full-length debut, Duality, which merged some of his biggest hits with previously unreleased tracks. ~ Andy Kellman

Born Timucin Fabian Kwong Wah Aluo in 1987, he grew up listening to rap, gospel, Afrobeat, and numerous other genres, and began making beats as a teenager, initially as a hip-hop producer. Jones released his debut single, "Yeah Yeah Yeah," in 2015, and co-wrote Dumont's summer hit "Ocean Drive." In 2016, Jones released the single "House Work," featuring British vocalist MNEK and Chicago house veteran Mike Dunn. Featuring vocals from U.K. singer RAYE, Jones' next single, "You Don't Know Me," became another major hit, reaching the Top Ten on numerous charts around the world.

He followed up in 2017 with the Demi Lovato- and Stefflon Don-assisted "Instruction." Another single, "Ring Ring," featuring Mabel and Rich the Kid, appeared in 2018, with "Play," featuring Years and Years, arriving in early 2019. All of these singles were compiled on Jones' 2018 EP Snacks, before it was expanded into his debut full-length, Snacks (Supersize). The album, released in September 2019, additionally featured collaborations with Bebe Rexha, Martin Solveig, and Tove Lo, among others. An additional remix EP, Midnight Snacks 001, appeared at the end of the year.

Jones and Solveig formed the duo Europa and released the singles "All Day and Night" (included on Jones' album) and "Tequila," which was released in 2020 and was certified gold in the U.K. "I Miss U," with Au/Ra, also became a hit that year. In 2021, Jax remixed "Prisoner" by Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa, and released the four-song EP Deep Joy. He also cracked the Top Ten in the U.K. with "Out Out," a collaboration with Joel Corry featuring Charli XCX and Saweetie. He again hit the U.K. Top 40 in 2022 with "Where Did You Go?," featuring MNEK. "Good Luck" (with Mabel and Galantis), and "Lonely Heart" (with Martin Solveig and Gracey) also charted. "Whistle" (with Calum Scott) appeared in 2023, adding to his list of hits.
