Wow - I loved this book. Chantal Fernando is just getting better. We all know that Ryan is the fun twin that just gives all the available women a good time. Little did we know the why and that Ryan is more than what we thought.

On the surface Ryan just seems like the happy-go-lucky, easy twin. He is a great friend to Summer, Reid's woman - and they are like brother and sister - which we notice. I like the way Chantal smoothly goes from one book in the series to the next. It seems to flow seamlessly. Where the one "stops" the next one picks it up - more or less. She keeps you interested in all the characters.

We meet Taiya - yes Ryan's WIFE!!! (if you read 'Maybe this time...') and she came back in his life with a slap - a literal one. They separated because of a stupid deed - that Ryan did - Taiya ran away to South Africa, telling him to move on - as she would. And Ryan moved on by hitting on basically every available woman - but it was never HER - his wife, nobody could fill the emptiness she left behind.

I just love Ryan. He made sure she knows he loves her. He took his wedding ring out and put it back on - and just like that he was off the availability list. He was a one woman man - Taiya was the love of his life and he was going to fight for their relationship.

Taiya never stopped loving Ryan. But getting hurt by seeing your ex-best friend kissing your husband - no woman should endure that sight. Ryan didnt push his presence on her too much. but when they got together - it was awesome. He had to work hard to prove his loyalty to her. He broke her trust and that was difficult to build up again.

They have many problems, yes. But they deal with it, yes they hurt each others feelings - but they worked it out again.
Reid and Ryan got a special surprise package from they jailbird father. Shocked these brothers go about sorting things out. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

When you read this book you will see a different and determined Ryan. I just loved Ryan.
This was a great read and cant wait to read the next one - Time and time again!

This is the second novel of the Maybe Series by Chantal Fernando and it follows twin-brother, Ryan Knox and Taiya Knox. As the reader, you will get to enjoy the story in both of their P.O.V’s(point of view), which is always great.

Ryan Knox is Reid’s(from Maybe Series-book #1) twin brother. He has the same blonde hair, handsome face and super hot-fit body. His differences are that he has a less broody personality and seems to be more upbeat and flirty. Underneath the flirty-womanizing side of him, is the pain caused from one mistake made a year prior, causing his wife to leave him. He tried to hide the pain of the note his wife, Tay, had left behind when she left by sleeping with women that were down for a good-time. It seems none of them would ever compare to the woman he still craved for deep inside.

Taiya Knox is married to your childhood sweetheart, Ryan Knox. They were both each others first everything and had planned to be together forever. That was until something happened causing her to want to pack up and move as far away from Ryan as she could get. After returning a year later, she is ready to pick up her life and start over again on her own. Only problems are, Ryan wants her back and will do what he has to, to try and win her over and she can’t deny that she still loves him even after every thing.

In this novel, we get to see if they can work out their problems and find that love again. Can forgiveness happen when the truth is revealed? I’m happy to say that we also get a glimpse into the other possible relationships that may be developing between other characters for hopefully, future novels to this series. Xander will be next! Check this novel out. If you love this series, expect another great story. If you aren’t familiar with it, I recommend you check out this series and these stories that aren’t your average love-stories. Looking forward to the next in this series!

Okay I've really struggled with this review. The book is easy to read, sweet and I read it from start to finish without stopping, however, I just expected more. It seemed quite predictable and at times just pointless; there is someone in this book who I really didn't feel needed to be included. She didn't have an impact and nothing was really resolved. Ryan is super sweet as we knew from Maybe This Time (which I loved!) It was nice being in his head but he was just sweet and simple. Nothing really made me swoon. The secondary characters are included quite a bit which is great because now I can't wait to read the next books in this series but unfortunately I found myself wanting their story more than Ryan and Taiya's story. Overall it's a lovely, sweet, quick read and I'm looking forward to the next book!

I loved Ryan he is a Knox after all! In This Time Around we got to understand why Ryan behaved like a man whore and how much he truly loved Taiya. Ryan was so sweet and set on getting Taiya his estranged wife back, I loved the chemistry between them as Ryan pursued Taiya for a second chance, whilst Taiya could only see divorce in her eyes, it was frustratingly good to read as you knew deep down they really belonged together, but they both found it hard to put the past behind them, afraid of rocking their fragile relationship that could lead to being beyond repair. The spark was great with these two and I loved that Taiya held her own with Ryan, and punished him that was too funny! I loved how we got to see the brotherly love and banter between Ryan and Reid, Summer was cool with her usual taste of Rap music and Ryan jokes, I loved catching up with her and Reid as they are my favourite couple, can't wait to read Xander's story, I enjoyed this as it was sweet and romantic, but the storyline for me was not better than Maybe This Time, which I felt had just more spark and kept my interest. Still love this author as she is one of my favourites!

Having read the first book in the series, I was really looking forward to Ryan's story and couldn't wait to download it. But when I read it I found that it's nowhere near as good as the first book and I was expecting so much more. I found the story line to be weak and with the typical ex-chick gets pregnant thrown it, it just felt like the whole story been quickly put together. There wasn't enough substance, not enough angst between Ryan and Taiya they just got together far too easily without much of a fight. A bit of a let down really!
