What an absolute gem this is. I don't use a ladder very often, but, I do live in a townhome with 20' main ceilings, and the need does come up occasionally. Recently, we've been doing some redecorating and painting, and this thing has been absolutely indispensable. It really does take the place of all your other ladders (gave away my 8' step ladder).
I'm an average-build sort of guy that tilts the scales at just south of 200 lbs on a good day. I've never been in a situation with this ladder where I've felt unsafe, and that includes going up to about 15' or so when used as an extension ladder. It's solid as a rock and fairly easy to configure between different modes of use. I like that it folds down to a very convenient size and is very easy to store out of the way, which you can't say for most other types of ladders.
It can be a bit cumbersome to move around and configure by yourself, but I take that as a good thing. Solid construction dictates that a ladder of this type will be a bit hefty, and with a bit of practice you'll be climbing the walls like spiderman in no time.
